JP Metis is a Filipino-Québécois mestizo music lover from Montréal. The self-proclaimed ''relieved romantic'' (romantique soulagé) works as a copywriter and is a founding member of the Inner Circle collective. He started collecting records as a teenager and took up DJing in 2015. He recently cofounded @public_averti, a mix series anchored in collections' overlooked, enigmatic, and often poetic sections. Behind the booth, he has a full range of sensibilities spanning a variety of sounds and a taste for off-piste music, broadening the expectations of listeners and dancers.

Music for Indoors 31 - MESTIZO (Public Averti - Montréal)

In this episode of the Metamorphosen Series, the two Hamburg based DJs, Internet Offline and Junus created an abstract ride trough recent favorites. The recording seems to be haunted, because as if by magic it has disappeared twice. Now it's here! And what a mix it is. Earthy, bubbly and drummy sounds, mystical tones paired with dubby basses. A trancedental roller coaster!

Not least because of their shared passion for music and art, the two often work together and are involved in numerous projects and events. Playing together, listening to each other, trying out and changing new things is evident in this mix!  Four ears hear more than two!

Traxx {Document Archive Series} - ArtFunk (Live in Baltimore)

Sounds of radiant glades flutter into the ears. Pendiesel & Rinsal originate from Worpswede, which lies in the gloomy marshes of the Bremen hinterland. Their chosen music, informed by the eerily nature around them, seems to bend time and space while it glides through the finely branched pathways of our bodies.
