Today I played around with chords. I finally started learning piano with seriousness. I always have so many musical ideas in mind and i hope the piano will give me another language to express them. Because sometimes they and up go missing during the try to translate them into music.

Like always when I have new ideas and approaches the first time I pursue it with energy before I lose motivation at some point. So 2 days in a row. Today I tried to get deep again. I love playful melodies and atmospheres, but sometimes I also like the energy of deep frequencies and subbass. So i tried to make a deep dubstep 140 kind of track and ended up at 122 bpm. Hmm. Still like it and i think I will finish it some day.

I had some really creative days making music after a pause of about 3 weeks. Now that I am caught up in everyday life again, it also get's challenging again to be creative, to reach a flow state. I try to split up my music learning into theory and practical learning now. Watching other artists making music, listening through songs and albums is still a huge inspiration. In addition i try to do a sketch mostly every day. Thing is, as soon as i get my brain into just doing without criticize myself, I like what I am doing and start detail work again. It's a trap, i try to flee from. This is also what happened today and this track is the result of my sketch session
