EMPEROR'S NOTES:
Opponent 3 claims to be the "embodiment of time itself" and to possess knowledge beyond human comprehension. Though their origin is unknown, they are not using the royal we. They actually are multiple beings inhabiting one body, and occasionally pause as if having a conversation among themselves. They have expressed their distate with the multiversal nature of The Arena repeatedly, stating that it is a violation of the laws of time. Though the full extent of their abilities is not yet known, they appear to have some influence over the flow of time. Enforcers are advised to keep a close eye on this individual to assure they do not meddle with proceedings.
Opponent 4 is some form of a living computer virus. His demeanor is unpredictable and unstable, and he takes in information around him at a rapid rate. This causes him to constantly create outlandish theories on random events that are very rarely correct. Furthermore, his mere presence is enough to corrupt any electronic, which made containment in preparation for the battle difficult. 
Opponents 3 and 4 have very little compatibility between the two of them, but they're going to need to figure out some way to collaborate- or they could both fall in battle.
