When we reach our limits in love, in the stillness of nature, in winter, what would it look like if we stepped one step closer into it rather than, as we so habitually do, away? When we’ve reached our breaking point what could these places of discomfort bring us, if we choose instead to explore them further? 
There is richness there, hiding at our borders, hiding in the places we don’t care to look, avoid or find our greatest challenge in facing with grace rather than resistance. If we could learn to wander in instead of away, if we crossed our road lines into the unknown territories we have called too boring or uncomfortable, what could we find?

These are Affirmations for Self Love. All Affirmations used here were used by myself to assist in emerging from depression - they are created with love, to act as a daily reminder of what you are capable of, recondition your subconscious with higher philosophies of love, offer channelled energies to awaken your Soul and initiate a more multidimensional form of alignment. 

Listen either consciously - at home or on the way to work - or unconsciously (whilst sleeping). With affirmations, as they begin to embed and we begin to believe them, our perspectives of life changes = our reality changes. What is so beautiful about affirmations is that they allow us to receive the affirmative support, love, wisdom that we deserve on a daily basis. We are so ready to criticise and judge ourselves - which is being heard by our subconscious (inner chid) and written into stories, affecting our lives. Are we willing to give the space to affirm to ourselves how beautiful we are, what we deserve and can achieve? Listen for comfort or as apart of a 30 day process to recondition. Affirmations

Affirmations for Self Love

"Unconditional" is my first set of sounds. I recorded some of the early songs with Soteris Stavrides, at his studio. His amazing talent and contribution in arranging the acoustic versions of my songs into a whole new concept has made my dream come true!  The latest additions are home recorded hence the difference in sound quality :) 

My second set of sounds is called "Μία είναι αλήθεια" Greek for There is only one truth''. This consists of love songs in Greek.

My third set of sound is called "Lost Souls Found". This consists of my instrumental compositions on my acoustic piano. Home recorded but pretty decent sound I think :) No lyrics for now. So if you are into instrumental music this is the set for you. 

I do hope my music touches your hearts and minds and I am looking forward to your comments.
