Ouufff, that was a special one. Got handed over the decks at PAL by LSDXOXO at 1 am sunday to monday.. And started with a speed level (145) that we usually end our sets with (if not slower). Well, this seems to be our way of playing a heavy and fast techno-ish set. Trying to keep it funky and sorta tooly mostly.

Had the best time that morning! Thanks dancers of Kinky for your relentless (and topless) energy < 3

This is my set from the one time (so far) that I played Berghain.  I had to go back and repair the audio from two spots during the set where the connections to my sound card and midi controller got rattled out of my computer from the bass...but other that that, this is the mix as it happened.  The accompanying photograph was taken by Karl Meier the following afternoon on our way out of the club.  Enjoy.

PeP's love and passion for electronic music and the electronic music scene started during the early 90's. It was back in 1992 when he visited his first house party and it felt like coming home. It was a true 'This is it' feeling and, even more than 30 years later, this feeling is still exactly the same.

As a home dj he was playing music since end of the 90's and gradually he started playing at smaller parties and he became one of the residents of the Microrave parties. 

His musical taste covers not ony electronic music, but as a dj he prefers to play electronic music. However, sets vary a lot as his musical journeuy and taste includes a broad range of styles and subgenres. From Ambient to IDM, to minimal house/techno, via downbeat and dub-techno to banging techno, acid and rave/breaks. Or classics from a period where no subgenres existed at all. 

A true love for Detroit (inspired) techno remains.

PeP likes opening a party and loves closing as well. Thanks to his addiction to (electronic) music, the slot doesn't matter in fact. It's all about building the momentum, trying to hypnotize and trying to become one with the dancefloor.
