Here at Peppermint Jam we are very proud of our beautiful back catalogue which includes some of the biggest names in house music!
When we started the label in 1994 we had some music from players like Kerri Chandler and Eddie Perez as our first releases.
Also we have worked with some amazing talent coming straight out of good old Germany, like Mellowman.
His roughness and authenticity was vital to the sound we wanted to display and paved the way to where we are now.

What started as an edit back at the beginning of lockdown of “There but for the Grace of God” back in lockdown one for personal use ended up as an idea for an underground black label alongside Prime Direct Distribution

This ended up a 45rpm full 909 house rework on side A with a far deeper cut on side B for the early mornings. And then Terry decided he fancied doing something for the voguers which became the jacked up third track finale.

The ep has already been supported by the likes of Jimpster and Graeme park on their live streams with further quotes below

Working titles have been held back on the vinyl release but we can reveal:

Track Two “Frankies natural freak”
Track Three “Ballroom (Go Big or go home)”

@reecejohnsonmsc has been building a steady following over the last couple of years. Landing some huge tracks combining well crafted disco loops with rock solid house production. You can tell he has that DJ's ear as his tracks are all beautifully poised to create some serious dancefloor scenes.

Much-loved newcomer The Revenge contributes ‚Elements of Fife‘, a slow grooving New York / Chicago crossover styled beauty. Then, in all out lush-chorded goodness, Ribn gives us their powerful ‚Pancake‘! Newblood Polus hit dead centre with a modern yet hauntingly reminiscent nighttime jam; ‚Patterns In The Dark‘, followed by Deetron‘s deep-bomb ‚The Maze‘ - an amazing journey through the smoke-filled labyrinth.

Berlin mainstay Clé takes us right back with his super funky ‚Feel It (Don‘t Cha Know)‘, warm and classy. Deepsters TJ Kong & Modular K give us their ‚Jack Shit‘ in a slow burning Chi-town acid groover. Cab Drivers return with a real classic-themed killer, ‚Shoulder Pad‘, that harks back to their 90‘s days, and finally the mighty Redshape gives us his darkly acidic ‚Funny Green Hat (Altered Mix), which seriously needs to be heard to be believed!!
