There’s a time for everything. To fill in another piece of the puzzle. To make the matrix make sense. Trying not to hide it, trying not to fight it. Just trying to recognize it and keep on going.
This four-tracker, the first release on Sansibar’s 'Sin Sistema' imprint, borrows the best elements of formulas we love, and for a good reason.

‘We Rise’ a spiraling, mesmerizing infusion of yearning pads and a twisting acidic wormhole that leaves no room for doubt: this is Sans on form, and we have lift-off.

‘Elastic’ continues the lysergic theme, turning the dials towards a more sinister entity. Growing, realizing one’s power, and using it.

And on to the B-side, joining forces with Denzel, becoming ‘Sonic Minds’, getting into Techy territory. This is strictly festival business. Tried and tested throughout summer ’23 to devastating effect. Call an ambulance.

The final track ‘2k’ ups the Tech ante and sprinkles some murky UK Garage dust on top: skippy drums, a bouncy bass section, and dubby atmospheric

@organic-signs: 'With four tracks that encapsulate the sound of different mental states you may experience firsthand on this expedition, we begin with label manager Jan Swam's track. He introduces us to ancestral sounds featuring a flute played by himself, gradually accompanied by a penetrating bassline and synth, along with various elements spread across the stereo field. All of this leads to an unexpected finale. Next, we delve into the track by French artist based in Seoul, Pyramid Of Knowledge aka K.O.P. 32, who has crafted a perfect progression of sounds to immerse us in a trance towards the depths of the subconscious. After making several notable appearances on our Crysta Ampullaris compilation series, Ayuji finally unveils his debut EP 'New Borders' on La Forge. As skilled on the keyboard as behind the decks, he has been shaping spiritual, energetic and hypnotic electronic music as part of the collective since 2019. The four tracks, crafted over the past two years between France and the Indian Ocean, are greatly influenced by travel, its philosophy, its initiatory nature and its ability to transcend us by confronting us with otherness.

Deploying a sonic palette oscillating between techno, trance and progressive house, Ayuji plays with contrasts and finds the perfect balance between groove and melody. He manages to coexist the vast expanses of his travels with the sweaty intimacy of the club, making ‘New Borders’ an EP calibrated as much for listening as for the dancefloor.

The result is four euphoric, introspective, and psychedelic tracks, from the enchanting melodies of 'The Way Of The Shaman' to the psychedelic textures of 'First Contact' and 'Planet Inferno' to the resolution of 'Dina Morgabin', a sweet reverie over an irresistible ternary rhythm.
