Robag Wruhme isn’t just a producer; he’s a sonic storyteller. With influences ranging from classical to jazz to world music, Robag’s music is as diverse as it is enchanting. His latest offering on the trailblazing Speicher series is no exception. True to his unmistakable style, “Naila” meanders between heartwarming positivity and menacing darkness induced by one of those bass lines only Robag can deliver. In short: He nail(a)ed it! On the flip side, he joins forces with the ominous Bruno Pronsato – an elusive character that has a string of cult releases on Perlon, Musique Risquée and Foom under his belt. “CDV” was initially released on his album “Live At Club Der Visionäre” on Logistic Records. There seems to be something in the water in that city, as it’s already given us the likes of Rebolledo and Paulor, and now this exceptional artist. His EP taps into nostalgia, yet avoids the cliché of retro trends. Instead, he delivers a distinct and contemporary blend of disco, trippy textures, and a clear affection for analog sounds. We’re genuinely excited about this debut release from a rising star whose journey is only just beginning.

Feines Tier veteran Johannes @klingebiel introduces @franz-matthews to the family and together they bring us “Ce Moment” EP, a basket of tunes full of colorful harmonies, bouncy grooves and poetic French lyrics. What more could one wish for?
The two producers and multi-instrumentalists met some years ago in their chosen
hometown Berlin and decided to fuse their producing and multi-instrumentalism game.
The first fruit of this labor was the much-loved and -played “Signs” on Heimlich records, now being followed by this EP here.
The title tune is an amalgamation of groovy electric bass riLs, spicy Prophet synth
sounds, melancholic vocals and certainly has something of that magic ingredient
people call the French Touch. A good tune to pick for House DJs who dig some Disco now and then and for Disco DJs in need of some solid House.
“La Traversée” is a crossing (multi-language pun intended) of bazillions of quirky synth sounds and melodies that somehow form a coherent whole, the sum of its part being a light and friendly but not cheesy house tune, that will make the sun go up on any dancefloor.
The mighty Kompakt overlord @michael-mayer-kompakt takes “Ce Moment” under his spell. The result is a grander and more mysterious aLair, made for bigger and darker dancefloors. The Sound of Cologne™ this is indeed!
Parisian up-and-comer @shimon-earthly adapts „La Traversée” into his sonic world. When Matthews and Shimon discussed the finished remix on the phone in French, all that le dilletant Johannes could understand from it were the words “très cool” and “after-hour vibe” , which… yes, completely tracks!

A highlight of their recent debut EP for Eskimo Recordings, Kate Stein & Lord Fascinator's Asteroid saw the psychotropic duo take us on a joyful joyride through the cosmos, its melodic synth-pop and trance inducing disco finding a hitherto unguessed at sweet spot somewhere between Spiritualized and Lipps Inc. Too much fun to keep to themselves our LA based duo have invited the likes of Aeroplane, Eli Escobar and BĘÃTFÓØT to join them on the trip and add their own touch to the track before it burns up on re-entry.

First up is high flying Belgian producer and DJ Aeroplane, who returns to Eskimo 15 years after the label released his acclaimed debut LP.  Responsible for some of the most iconic remixes around, you know you're in for a good time with Vito at the controls and he once again delivers a masterclass in pairing indie vocals and pop melodies with chrome plated disco beats and sky high synths. The result, a joyous celebration of love, chemicals and chemical induced love, sure to echo out over festival fields this summer.It's always a good sign when you see Eli Escobar's name on a track's credits and the NY producer has been delivering killer remixes for the likes of Lana Del Rey, M.I.A. and Honey Dijon for well over two decades now. Stripping Asteroid back to just the vocals and slowly but surely building it back up from there, Escobar delivers a killer synth-heavy house track for when you want to reset the vibe in the club and take things to the next level. It's set to a slow burning fuse but when it all kicks in this Asteroid explodes like a firework.Finally, taking time out from drumming duties with Red Axes Udi Naor slips into his BĘÃTFÓØT alias to deliver a frenetic, peak time remix of Asteroid. Throwing everything from pummelling martial drums, rave stabs, urgent synths and pitched up vocals into the mix, Naor's remix burns through the sky like a particularly wildly piloted UFO, a sci-fi synth stunner with all strobes set to stun.

Biography
Having cut her teeth in the art world working in spatial design Kate Stein made her musical debut in 2021, her hypnotic take on house quickly seeing her make appearances on labels sick as Roam Recordings, Playground Records, TAU and Rotten City.
Lord Fascinator meanwhile began his musical career as the frontman for Australian rock band Children Collide. Since relocating to NY and moving behind the decks he's DJ'd and performed all over the world sharing stages with the likes of The Avalanches and Tame Impala, been remixed by Prins Thomas, collaborated with Simple Symmetry, scored Hollywood films and produced immersive dining experiences in Mexico.
