Firn - Scales Dilemma

Ambient project by me and a friend. This one is more industrial, filthy and rusty. A dark voyage through the iron ocean.

 Here I sit.
The astral flame illuminating the swallowing darkness.

Here amidst.
The unhearable voices, speaking without resounding.

I coexist.
Within the deepest of the nebulae and stars align.

One last exit...
I bereft my corporeal form, a spiritless flight.

Another unfinished song. We've added some guitars to this spacey song and black-metal intro.
After the initial evisceration it's a smooth tide towards the edge of space.

We took away the beginning and the end (no pun intended). We replaced with a more foreboding feeling. Like being trapped in cold space. "Happy" listening and welcome to the your astral nightmare.

Looking around all I see is nothingness and the grey waves of misfortune.
Alone in this limbo. But somehow this is the one truly  awakening.
From the bottom of my heart, I never wish to leave this palce. 
The water is sining the soundtrack of my life.
Yet again I gaze upon the starless night and forsee my upcoming demise.

To drown is to breathe.

Firn - Breathing Snow: Drown

Aquilon is an ambient project started by me and my friend Splashdust. We try to include everything that we find inspirational. That's why the songs tend to be more progressive more than being drone-ish. We incorporate 60's guitar, heavy doom riffs, black metal vocals, digitalized soundscapes of nature and much more. The story for each song is also very important to us. First we have a text, then we do the music. The story alters how the song goes.

Firn is a black metal project with another friend of mine. It's in early stage at the moment. But we want to have a cold, depressive Scandinavian sound.
