Growing up in a musical family, @chiara-noriko played the violin for 10 years and began singing and composing songs at the age of 9. She developed a deep love for R&B from a young age as she immersed herself in different genres of music. Having spent most of her life in Berlin and London, and frequently visiting Tokyo, she found admiration for distinct and emotive sounds as she dove deeper into Jungle, Jazz and Chicago Footwork; Chiara Noriko picks apart elements from her musical influences and evokes her soul through her music. Following collaborations with high profile producers like &ME, DJ Manny, Sucia!, Adam Port, Tripletrain, Rampa and more, she finally releases her soulful and personal debut EP on Moveltraxx produced by Skye Chai & Stwo and featuring a stellar Footwork Jungle remix from DJ Mag award winner and Worst Behavior co-founder ANNA MORGAN.

It has been long since I uploaded anything, and since I have 25' left from my pro plan lol here it is a short mix I originally did few months ago for JBW TTT series but never got published. 10 of my favourite tracks at that time, from the likes of DJ Chap, Manny, Kush Jones, Jana Rush, Sirr Tmo, Stayhigh, Jalen and Dispondant (not in this particular order)

Much love to the JBW fam for pushing boundaries and leading the way for the footwork movement these days, shame I haven't had the opportunity to go to Rocksteady and meet them all, but I have other priorities these days.
