For the last month of 2018 we wanted to do something special in our showroom here in Los Angeles. The idea was lent to us from several retro boomboxes that suddenly showed up in our vicinity. We figured that there is no better way to utilize them than to create a multi-tape loop modular composition that would fill our beautiful showroom with warmly decaying recordings of various pieces of gear and with a sprinkle of some field recordings. There are more cassettes than the boomboxes and all of them are interchangeable, though serving the common purpose of perpetual drone. If you are local, come by and swap some tapes around.
