Yossi’s trademark groovy and playful sound became a frequent visitor on dance floors around the globe, and visited my own label ( Digital Structures ) a few times. I really like the way he does what he does and I think that his remix to Free Cloud shows why. Recently we played at a New Years festival in Guatemala, and witnessed all the dance floor go down while the break of his remix was played. Well done, Yossi!

In Perfect Stranger catalog - as previously mentioned - all of the known tracks were remixed at least once, with exception of two tunes. The first being “W” and the second (that also appears on the same album “Free Cloud”) is “Simple Cells”. It’s as peculiar as with “W” case, cause Simple Cells was a very effective dance floor weapon for a long time, easily avoiding the familiar “ok it’s getting old can’t play it any longer” concept. Obviously I was excited to hear Gabi wants to remix it, but what was way more exciting is to discover that his remixing adventure ended with such a magnificent result.

ToBeOne - New Era (Lowkey Tech DJ Set) 2020

Perfect Stranger is the stage name for California-based, Israeli electronic musician Yuli Fershtat. The Perfect Stranger project was created in February 2005 and within 2 years of its debut became critically acclaimed all over the globe. Perfect Stranger ultimately created his own sub-genre in the psychedelic scene by presenting a totally distinctive sound characterized by groovy playful beats and patiently built compositions that often bridge between progressive trance and techno with a presence of tribal and psychedelic elements.

Perfect Stranger has released 3 full artist albums, 3 remix albums, 3 compilations and appears on well over a hundred other releases (compilations, EPs, albums, etc.). He also owns & runs the “Digital Structures” label, where he publishes more tech-orientated sounds under the Yuli Fershtat moniker.
