I fell in love with the original track when it came out last week, and immediately wanted to make a remix! I have been enjoying playing faster house / vibey hardgroove, so I made this version of Summertime Blues that is harder hitting, faster, and slightly stripped back to fit into those types of sets.
I also added some cool vocal harmonies and stuttery stuff and other fun things like different choirs and sounds in the middle section 💙

The scale of this song (and the original) seems like mixolydian b6 - just a minor scale but the third is major. Treat it like a minor scale for DJing and it sounds fine when mixing in.

This remix is:
BPM: 145
Key: Ab mixolydian b6 (1A), then second drop key change to A mixolydian b6 (8A) - just like the original.
