Free the Robots' newest EP, Two Snakes, comes out May 20th on Osaka imprint Perfect Touch.
Accompanying the original three songs are remixes by Japanese producers Starro, Ramza and Ryuei Kotoge.

With this newest batch of tunes, the Los Angeles based producer explores the aural spaces between psychedelic, soul, and hip hop. Opening track, "The Truth," perhaps the most emotive of the three, riffs on a lo-fi vocoder melody, set against melancholic chords and a subtle shuffling beat. The remaining two tracks cater to fans of hip hop and funk respectively. 

The EP is packaged as a special limited T-shirt with digital download through the Perfect Touch store, and is also distributed digitally through all good digital music retailers. 
Artwork provided by Tel Aviv based tattoo artist Doron with silk screen printing by Sweatshop Union in Osaka.

Free the Robots will also be touring Japan and Asia with Belgian DJ Lefto from May 22 into June.

Osaka-based label and event Perfect Touch presents its Three Year Anniversary party this weekend, bringing Project Mooncircle’s submerse to the city to celebrate the release of the artists most recent 12 inch, “Awake.” To commemorate the event, Perfect Touch entrusted local producer https://soundcloud.com/kafuka with a remix of submerse’s track “no continues kid.” The result is a stunning reinterpretation, as Kafuka cuts up samples from the original, augmenting it with unique drum programming and flourishes of MAX/MSP glitch work. 

Kafuka will perform alongside submerse, Erik Luebs, Fumi, and more for a night of left-field electronics and open-minded techno taking place June 25th at Club Circus.
