PhD in Post Human Dance is a slogan of Helsinki based AV collective and event series run by multidisciplinary artist Erika Shalii and CCI artist Maisa Immonen. Post Human Dance is a medium for studying future scenarios through organising events and creating audiovisual club experiences. Its a platform with a focus on modern hybrid club music and futurist visual aesthetics with elements of interactive new media. "Wings of Ephemerida" was compiled to finalize first 2 years of "Post Human Dance" platform's existence.

A mayfly Ephemeridae's live is brief. It lasts only one day, but no one would value this day as much as it would Ephemeridae.

Some people make you forget your own mortality and existence and i think this is something to be grateful for if you have met them or are about to. # blessed

The 21st release in the katharsis discography is the EP “broken mirror resonance” by the 19-year-old Brazilian artist brescia, coming out on April 25th. The EP explores the hypnotic state one can enter after a night of clubbing with vivid melodies and emotional memories reverberating inside your mind. By mixing pop-inspired vocal-loops with nostalgic trancey synths, the artist seeks to create an open field for the listener to spiral into a mesmerizing state of katharsis. The vibrations of the music resonate like a broken mirror of your mind, letting feelings pass and keep them burning like mantras, constantly transforming.

The young artist has already done multiple releases on the Brazilian label Gorfinho Records as brescia and with this duo agito apático alongside e6c41, focusing more on experimental rap lyrics combined with a reinforcing of hauntology by deconstructing dense nostalgic tape loops. On this EP, the artist clearly takes a step in a more digitally focused approach and vision, creating a nuanced work of modern ambient trance, though still with a hint of nostalgia.
