This is my first podcast - excuse the quality I was driving and I used my iPhone for a thought that came up and I decided to create a podcast solely based on this idea. I wanted to try this out and see how many people will tap into my frequency. Let me know what you think in the comment section. As well as topics that you would like me to cover. I wrote a whole thesis on self-care and using Art Therapy for caregivers who are experiencing fatigue and one of my main findings was that they did not spend enough time alone to digress on their feelings and their day.
