By now we have become used to sudden changes of direction; but we’d already gathered his real intentions following the popular remix of “Lonely Stars In Open Skies” on All Day I Dream with which Luca jump started 2014.

Now OVO, the eagerly awaited new Luca Bacchetti EP, is here!

With this work on his ENDLESS imprint, Luca seems to be delineating a new soundscape, maintaining the psychedelia he introduced into his productions a few years ago; but now more synthetic and in some ways even minimalist.
In OVO we can find a brace of dancefloor tracks, No Gravity and The Space Between Us, that maintain and harness Luca's emotional and intricate atmospheres whilst also employing powerful sounds and elements that embrace the movement of the body. Mature, emotional Techno, where ethereal dream-like atmospheres find a singular expression and their own distinct identity. It is no coincidence that the whole EP was recorded entirely high up in the Tosco Emiliano Apennines: a place where, for Luca, Nature is the element that most influences this new aural pathway. As he himself states: “It’s this contrast between isolated lands and the chaos of the big city that produces this state of being: a new dialogue. They are two worlds which overlap within my soul: when I’m in New York I think of these mountains and when I’m here I think of the bustle of tour life .. but it’s up here that I find the seed, in this case OVO.”

The beautiful ambient masterpiece, OVO, was recorded in December 2013 and features Stefano Onorati, jazz musician and long time friend of Luca. The 15 minute opus was then finished in April 2014 and now sees its unveiling.

PREMIERE: N-Zino - Sacred and Profane (Fred P Reshape)

Gimme Some got remixed by Brian Ring. This Berlin based Irish guy is known for his unique style somewhere between house, disco and an euphoric touch of indie dance. With his interpretation of the original version by Jakob Mäder and JULIENT, Brian twists it into a dancefloor friendly and intelligent looped club track. Either for warmup in a cozy bar setting or a hot summer night, this one got vibes: organic disco inspired drums, looped vocal snippets and this reduced melody elements from the original Gimme Some. And of course some classic Brian Ring choir synths we all love!

The reborn of the label: Killax is back with this 4 tracks EP by the owner Kid Mark.
A journey that starts with the soulful vocal track "You're My Star", a perfect opening that gets you in the right mood. The EP continue with "Me & You": here we have that funky thing we all love. After that "The Matter (Dub)" increases the heat with classic house drums mixed with a heavy bassline. The EP ends with "Here 4 You": M1 organ and strong drums, the perfect match for a club track.

Deep house legend Franck Roger returns to Vibe Me To The Moon for a second sophisticated EP. The accomplished Frenchman serves up a trio of timeless tracks for Nightsteppaz's cultured NYC imprint.
   
Franck Roger has long been integral to deep house. A dedicated crate digger and master beat maker, he's been defining the genre for more than 20 years with timeless tracks on his own Home Invasion as well as cult outlets like Nu Groove Records and more. He has made an art of deepness with supple grooves and tactile synths that are meticulously crafted and perfectly reduced. He has already served up his ‘Can U Believe EP’ and a remix of Nightsteppaz on this label this year and now backs it up with another standout offering. 
 
Opener ‘The Truth’ distils everything that makes Roger’s sound so compelling — sultry spoken word, warm, late-night pads, and elegantly slinky drums that ease their way into both body and mind. It’s a masterclass in mid-tempo house, elevated by rich, immersive sound design and an emotional undercurrent that lingers long after the dancing stops. ‘The Calling’ follows with elastic rhythms and a celestial blend of painterly pads and twinkling melodies. There’s a spaciousness to the mix that invites you in deeper, while the rolling kicks keep hips engaged and hearts lifted. Closing cut ‘The Passage’ shifts into a denser, more grounded groove. Its weighty kicks and textured toms build a persuasive rhythm while dreamy pads and drifting synth motifs swirl above. It’s effortlessly danceable and a fitting final note for an EP that’s equal parts soul and sound system.
 


PREMIERE : Franck Roger - The Passage [Vibe Me To The Moon]

Exploited Club warmly welcome in Pleasure Voyage who step up to the plate and do as they do best: casting out a wide musical net, gathering in influences from Breaks, House, Disco, Balearic and Funk whilst pulling in a hefty dose of fun, flair and ecstasy to boot.

'Cuánto Cuesta' is a simmering pot of pure joy. A bubbling bass line has the track on a low boil throughout while luscious, buoyant synths intimately jostle alongside bold but allaying piano chords. Classic breaks snap in the back while a gently acidic lead flexes in and out of focus and the resultant groove sends out a clear and cosy invitation to get loose.

A regular on Johannes Albert's Frank Music's label and Tensnake's True Romance, Claus Casper chips in with his 'No Tengo Dinero' remix - a fortified revision that packs an extra punch with a layered snare, cow bells and an open hat that seasons the groove with a little bite and snap.

Rolling snare fills punctuate the track as Claus creates ramps for sections that showcase his indisputable chops on the keys. The passion and heat of the orignal remains intact as progress tumbles towards a long, spine-tingling breakdown that pops wide open in a manner that will send the floor absolutely nuts.

PREMIERE : Pleasure Voyage - Cuánto Cuesta (Claus Casper No Tengo Dinero Remix) (Exploited Club)

Modern funk star XL Middleton has been leading the way in the genre for over a decade now with his MoFunk imprint and he is a longtime collaborator with both Soul Clap and FSQ. This 3-track EP is the result of a studio collaboration between XL Middleton, MoFunk’s leading lady Moniquea, Soul Clap’s Charles Levine and FSQ’s Chuck Da Fonk at Empire Studios in San Francisco. 

‘Brand New’ is a house anthem featuring Moniquea’s inspirational vocal, XL Middleton’s bright piano chords and wailing synth solo. The song is underpinned by Soul Clap’s devotion to house music’s gospel roots and New York and New Jersey swinging drums. ‘Feeling Wide’ taps into FSQ’s ‘80s new wave style with Moniquea’s layered, punk-funk vocals evoking New York City downtown disco. While the fast paced ‘Brand New’ is meant to uplift, ‘Feeling Wide’ is a syncopated song about self-depreciation. 

Charles Levine’s remix of ‘Red Light’ closes out the set with an ode to California car culture. It’s a Chicago booty house inspired take with Charles’ knocking drums set against XL’s sinister high frequency G-Funk synth lines. This one is a monster that set the Movement Detroit 2025 festival on fire.

PREMIERE : Soul Clap, Moniquea, XL Middleton - Brand New (Instrumental)

Hudd Traxx makes label history with its first-ever full-length album, ‘Dial Me In’, from long-time affiliate Iron Curtis. Aptly, if it wasn’t going to be label boss Eddie Leader, Curtis is the natural choice — having contributed more tracks across more releases than any other artist in the label’s history.
Across ten tracks, Iron Curtis delivers a journey that moves between deep house, ambient textures, and eclectic grooves, flowing effortlessly from club-ready jams to home listening moments. The warm ‘Speak to Me Baby (Ambient Mix)’ opens proceedings before the synthy, Berlin-tinged ‘1Up’ sets an understated groove. ‘Roxy’ and the title track ‘Dial Me In’ bring rich chords and deep house warmth, while lead single ‘Troubles’ delivers a hypnotic, low-slung sway. ‘Tensione’ strips things back with bass-heavy, breakbeat energy, and ‘Bodycode’ rides a beautifully deep house pulse. The final stretch expands the palette with the floaty ‘Dance Inc.’, the rolling ‘Signal Signal’, and closing cut ‘Slipstream’, tying the journey together in style. A landmark LP for Hudd Traxx — diverse, soulful, and built for both the dancefloor and beyond.

JKriv returns to Rocksteady Disco after a six-year break with his stunning ‘Adaptation EP’. 

This super solid five tracker continues J's hot streak on seemingly every great label around the world including his own Razor-N-Tape, with a deep organic sound, thanks to it being mostly produced in his MPC3000 era. 'Greene Street Lament' kicks it off on a boom bap beat tip. Next 'Adaptation' gets the party started with lush strings, piano, and a huge bassline. On the flip is 'Total Pleasure', a midtempo boogie house joint with enough sub to rattle your car door handles off. 'Vibetown' continues on the MPC tip with killer breaks and chops for all the heads. Lastly, the 'Adaptation (Dub)' closes out with the driving dance floor sound we all know and love JKriv for. Housed in a gorgeous picture sleeve and cut loud to vinyl, this EP is an absolute must have.
