Here at Perplexity Music, we our extremely proud to introduce our first release on the label after months of waiting. As our aim is to become the pinnacle of melodic progressive house music, what better way than to start it of with a tremendous 4 track EP from the sensational Alex H. The Perth based producer has been climbing up the progressive ladder since 2012 & his remarkable talent can be heard instantly so take a moment to revel in the delight that is music for the soul. 

The first release of the EP, "No Turning Back" is a delectable vocal masterpiece that locks into the core of our emotions & expands in our minds. Comprised  up of tantalizing chords that emit solid & crisp sounds, steady kicks & brilliant melodies, the overall atmosphere is one that is vibrant & striking. The soothing warm vocals provided by Mona Moua blend perfectly with the flow of the production & the deliverance of the thought provoking lyrics are conveyed so beautifully.

Next up in this quality package is another out of this world collaboration & again, with another master of melodies that is Netherland sensation Roald Velden. Also having worked together previously, more prominently on Roald's album, the blend of these talents has earned a great following due to the pure emotion & the top notch effort & time they put into their productions. Prepare to delve into a journey of warm, blissful & magical textures that swoop right in the moment you press play. That's right, it really is that astounding.  With the colorful combination of the melodic elements, the superb heart felt sounds flow freely in a mix up relaxed percussion work & sweet piano lines once again. 

Last but not least is a huge collaboration with the gifted French talent James Woods so you know you’re in for a dynamic experience with "Atitlan". Having worked on the smashing release "Guadalupe" earlier this year, the outcome of what these two producers create is an explosion of luscious sound & this time is no different. Keeping with the gorgeous melody arrangements, the signature sounds of both can be heard so remarkably such as the luring piano lines pressed side by side powerful chord progressions. Add in the subtle female harmonized vocals that tie the production together & you have this easy on the ears, laid back production. 

As well as the 3 magnificent productions,  "No Turning Back" also has a dub version which is the last release on the EP & this is for those that want to create their own moving story in the minds & with the melodic elements like more evident, that'll be easy to get lost into.

We are delighted to present this stunning 3 track release titled "Morning After". The sensual & appealing title itself is a statement to the soft, alluring & tender feelings that this breath taking original emits. The steady blend of the array of crisp percussion sounds create an excellent start to a very chilled out atmosphere & slowly add in those perfect light chords, you have a perfect morning already set. A sweet picture is created with the way those harmonic vocals just float around, slowly intertwining with the delectable piano lines and the gradual development of the various layers of the chords ascensions. If there words to portray a lingering look between two lovers in the morning, there wouldn't be any, there couldn't be any to describe such a magical moment when eyes connect, only something as beautifully composed & filled with love as this production could describe that look.

Our first remix is from the critically acclaimed Indonesian based producer LTN & little introduction is needed for him as he is dominating the scene from every corner. Know for his hard hitting, other worldly trance productions, this skilled producer strips down the luscious original into something that just floats around every sense in your body. With the unmistakable sound of the deep house bass line & soft piano formation, this phenomenal remix is dream like almost. It depicts another story of bright morning rays streaming in to the windows of a cozy & inviting room, the aura surrounded by the presence of long lasting happiness after a passion fuelled connection of two souls becoming one. You can feel every drop of thought, quality & hear felt moment during every second of this intoxicating track. 

The sublime second remix is from the progressive mastermind Talamanca. The mere mention of this name springs to mind the combination of strong, warm & addictive summer chord work mixed with superbly delicate piano lines, electrifying chord progression & euphoric sun laden vocals. You can bet he brings this intimate release that touch of excitement, power & an addictive feeling of togetherness that you can't help but crave. Retaining that light hearted feel of the original, the uplifting energy to this release brings it a breath of fresh air & comfort, something to just listen to while lounging back with your love exchanging nothing but melting smile and, feather light touches in arms that were made for each other. The well places vocal chops fit perfectly, bringing in a color of summer & a dash of comfort. Memories are a trait that we as humans can savor or wish to forget, the inexplicable nature of it can make or break us & this incredible release is one that will be sure to make anyone seek positivity instantly. 

The second delightful release for you all is the mysteriously titled 'Paradox'. The word itself brings on a bout of wonder, meaning & contradiction. One thing is clear, the thrilling beauty of this track is no question at all. Amazingly well composed piano lines flow dynamically alongside the majestic chord work, formulating tantalizing melodies for us to delve into. The power of each sound will hit you like  thunder, which is then soothed by the lovely padded percussion work, highlighting the softer nature of this sensational production. Life itself is indeed a paradoxical entity but pieces of breathtaking compositions as this just adds in that light that guides us through. 

It was a pleasure for us to be able to share these 2 incredible releases from a producer that can only grow in his talents & the ability of finding those sweet sounds that we all can't escape, nor would we want to that is. For it is music that binds us & our desires as people, for it is unity that brings us out of the darkest moments. Ultimately, for it is the one thing that radiates from our souls. It is with great pleasure that we bring back one of productions that was first released on the label here at Perplexity Music. 'No Turning Back' brought to you by Alex H & Mona Moua is given a dose of life with 3 incredible remixes from some of the biggest names to grace our eyes. The benchmark was set by the fabulous original & that has been met by this trio of producers that have delivered some of the most awe inspiring reworks to have existed. So without further ado, lose yourself into these marveling remixes & see which one strikes you the  most!. 

First up we have the Serbian super producer known to the world as Vintage & Morelli, no stranger to the scene, no introduction needed to describe the sounds that have been formulated by this notable talent throughout the years. His twist on the mellow original takes a visit to the deeper side, making it unbearably intoxicating as each pulse of the sound used climbs into your senses like chocolate melting in a blazing heat. The wonderfully smooth aura is built right away with the thudding percussions masked with the airy chords & pianos melding together. It highlights the sensuous vocals expertly, forming together to create something so blissful that you can’t help but feel yourself being tugged into the wind. The signature piano stabs & subtle kicks drenched with the bass undertones give an upbeat feel, for those that crave the active side. The breakdown using the strings is well suited to increase the momentum of it being launched back into that smooth sailing drive again. What a rendition to start off with & nothing less from the expert talent that has worked magic into this remix.

An EP that is tremendously appealing in every way possible, these artists have delivered something that cannot be replicated in such a manner. To lead the way, we have a phenomenal 2016 Respray of 'Sunny Days' by the Argentinian talent himself. Keeping in touch with the striking formation of the original melodies, this version relaxes on the intensity, with soft pads & a more pluckier arrangement of synths. The break is as beautiful, a sensually sweet moment of pianos cascading into the full bloom, launching into an energetic state again. 

Next up we have remarkably soothing Chilled mix, and as implied, this one has the ulterior motive to soften the tempo, latching onto the more relaxing and calmed side. It works well with the melodious elements still keeping the pleasant vibes going, in tune with the lagging percussives, slowing it down to a light pace.

Following this; Talamanca, renowned for his heart achingly beautiful sounds adds his touch on this remix. Fast paced, gorgeously sweet and positively euphonious. The cadence of it further accentuates the stunning chord work, eliciting an imagery of the most sought after beach filled, blue skied day we all seek. You're allured into the music, like a bee to a pollinated flower, there is no stopping the sensation. 

Roald Velden is the next to populate this divine EP with his smoldering, melody fused touches. A more mellow take is the core of this version, soft with the layers of chords and synths. Padded percussions create a blissful, soul searching aura to lose yourself in. The added harmonizing vocals in the background deliver an ethereal feel, leaving a lingering taste of this production it's that canorous.

To close off this spectacular EP, we have the excellent Denis Neve, bringing his signature sounds of vibrancy, airy structured & gentle soundscapes. Bright & punchy synth elements spark a glowing aura in his faster paced remix. Following the success of our first sampler, we are ecstatic to deliver VA Perplexity Music: Sampler 2. If the first is anything to live up to, you can bet that the level of talent and quality in this will surpass any benchmark. With new faces and old talents alike, this 11 track compilation has something for everyone to enjoy. 

Let's begin with Morocco based producer, DJ U-CEf who brings 'Miss You'. This light hearted track packs in gorgeous melodies with a laid back percussion ranges to warm up those still chilly nights.

Next up we have Frosun who joins us from Lithuania. Stunning chords play the part in building up 'Libra' with the smooth sailing sound arrangements that make you feel like you are floating along on cloud 9. 

Gianmarco Fabbretti is the next to grace us with 'Skyward Eyes'. This electrifying track pierces your auditory senses with such beauty within the melodies & the break that you feel the peace cover you. 

Poland based Kalim Milo presents 'Hexagonal Island', an energetic, Progressive masterpiece to immerse yourself into. The pulsing formations of the synths, chords & piano work divinely to pump up the aura.

Following this, Kalsy from the UK delivers 'Deep Space' and as the name suggests, the deep house style bursts through. The well placed piano stabs, the gorgeous melody & soft tempo is blissfully right.

Next we have US based Kono (USA) with 'Gualla'. This warm melodic track will melt away the winter blues with its soft & serene synth arrangements, light break & electric atmosphere.

Martin Graff from Poland adds his touch with 'One Day On The Sun'; a smoothly gorgeous track that is filled with heart melting chords, pulsing kicks & intensely beautiful piano lines to blend to perfection.

Following this; Raiizer from Brazil adds 'Borealis', a vibrant, melody laden package of goodness. The positivity glows with the feel good sound structure, joining together to create pure lush music.

Germany based Terry Gaters pitches in with 'Ocean Memories'. This euphorically stunning track rouses those much need summer rays with its tender piano lines floating alongside the layers of melodies.

Netherlands based Vince Forwards dazzles us all with 'Endless Roads'; a track that can bring all emotions pouring out with the level of beauty and emotion that exudes from every sound used, breathtaking.

To wrap things up, we have Voiceless from Panama who brings 'Airy', a sweetly laced number that is light with its melodies, invoking a relaxed aura. Hard percussions contrast it, making it aptly balanced.

When it comes down to it, there's a reason we are all lured into this bubble that is music, for the beauty, for the emotion, for the thought & for the feelings. Every second a track plays, it engulfs us in serenity. Something that nothing else can touch. Bloody Groove & Kikis is known for their ability to create some of the most blissful & groove inspired tracks to date. What they have for us now is of no difference. In a progressive trance style, BGK uses a soft vocal effect and a seductive energy driven bassline to carry listeners to a summer's beachy paradise. 

For remix duties Perplexity has Denis Neve, Gaston Vigoo and even a stunning voiceless remix from BGK themselves. With each remix providing it's own perspective on Aquamarine. The voiceless remix boasts a progressive house vibe with airy pads, while still incorporating a slightly different take on that same seductive bassline that they had created for the original. Both Denis Neve and Gaston Vigoo took that progressive trance feeling from the original mix and just drove it home. With Denis Neve providing a little more edge and turning the original into a true anthem for the upcoming season. We are envisioning days and nights spent creating memories we could never forget! Gaston Vigoo chose to really shake things up and put his stamp on this one by adding some catchy breaks and re-purposing the vocals to give it a little more of that feeling we all search for when listening to good music.

It is with great pleasure that we here at Perplexity Music are ready to introduce our latest sampler packed with some of the best talent around. VA - Perplexity Music Sampler 003 prepares you for a thrilling experience that has various sounds and thoughts of the producers that have composed some beautiful tracks. So without further ado, indulge yourself in these magnificent productions. 

First up we have the superb starter from US based Infinity State called 'String Theory', which is a vibrant and jaunty piece that exudes in feel good vibes. Stunning melodies and crisp percussions complement each other as they fuse to create a truly beautiful soundscape.  

To follow this, we have Jav3x who joins us from Canada and his track titled 'Departure' really follows the positive atmosphere with the luscious chord work, highlighting the warmth that surrounds all the other elements. Overall an absolute beaut to sink back to. 

UK based Kalsy retains his signature hypnotizing sounds with 'Hope', another that instantly hits you with full force due to the emotions and somber textures that boast from the melody. A glowing aura filters along with each sound that has been beautifully layered to create this divine piece.  

Next up we have Rod Veldt who is based in Brazil and his production 'Ocean Dreams' which is a laid back, melt worthy composition that can soothe anyone. The steppy percussions and beautiful synths mixed in with the light piano lines really captures the essence of the ocean, letting you float against it. 

Algeria based Solewass provides 'Myelin', an upbeat and contagious production that instantly reels you in with the pulsing kicks and encaptivating melodies that meld in perfectly. An upbeat and on the go track that can set any scene because it simply oozes a relaxed but energetic feel to it. 

To wrap things up, Watt continues the beautiful melodic sounds with 'Sonar' that will draw you in with the steady percussions, working with the crisp electronic synth work and it gives it a real punch. A phenomenal way to end such a incredible collection of productions. 

We hope you enjoyed  this sampler that once again showcases the talents we work with and the range of skills that they encompass. It is a pleasure to bring back Soundslogic & Maiga for another incredible collaboration for the EP titled 'Tallulah/Origins' here on Perplexity Music. Having had already sampled how in sync these two producers work together with the heavenly production that we witness last year, 'Vestigial', it is safe to say you will not be disappointed by this either.

'Tallulah' kicks things off with a strikingly beautiful introduction that already captures the sweet and tender melody work. It is refreshing and light, a kind of feeling that sinks into your mind due to the steady and lush chords haunting around you. The chilled and toned down percussions balance the structure of the track out, adding just enough of a beat to add an on the go feeling that helps serenade the sounds your way and it wouldn't be their signature style without a delectable piano break that is the icing on this progressive cake.

The first is 'Distant Memories', a glorious pure progressive production that contains those mouth watering melody laden chords and tender kicks that highlight the soft yet stunning emotions compiled in this track. It is not lacking in those signature sounds from both producers either which work superably to compliment each other's style and the end product is proof of that.

Another awe inspiring EP that is comprised up of some of the most talented names and it isn't difficult to hear or see why that is. We hope that something in this varied and colorful EP caught you in daze due to its mesmerizing selection like it did for us.
