Kindisch is thrilled to announce the release of Sonata EP, a stunning two-track collaboration between West & Hill and El Mundo, two celebrated artists who have graced the label in the past. Known for their immersive soundscapes and innovative approach to electronic music, the duo brings together a deep, melodic energy that captures both their unique styles and shared musical vision.

The EP’s opening track, “Sonata,” is a beautifully crafted deep house piece that combines lush strings, ethereal choirs, and powerful synthesizers, weaving these epic elements into a hypnotic and evolving beat. With its cinematic feel, the track rises and builds, drawing listeners into a space of intensity and profound beauty. “Dissolving Time,” the EP’s second track, offers a complementary experience with layered melodies and intricate rhythms that carry the same emotional depth, blending ambient sounds and rich synths that are perfect for both intimate listening and the dancefloor.

West & Hill, originally from Maastricht, has quickly gained recognition for his atmospheric, genre-blending productions, releasing on well-regarded labels like Get Physical, Kindisch, and Abracadabra. His sound instinctively combines organic and electronic elements, creating a signature style that resonates with both new and long-time listeners.

El Mundo, with over two decades in the electronic music scene, began as a DJ in Nijmegen in 2002 and soon ventured into music production alongside his collaborator Satori. The two grew into an internationally acclaimed act, but by 2012, El Mundo was ready to explore his solo career. Moving to Berlin, he crafted a sound uniquely his own, and eventually met ZAZOU, leading to a successful partnership, numerous releases, and the founding of his own label, Quetame. El Mundo’s work is known for its deep rhythmic layers and melodic sophistication, marking him as a mainstay of the melodic house and techno scene.

Sonata EP is now available on all major platforms, offering listeners an enchanting blend of melodic house and emotive soundscapes that highlight both artists’ unique contributions to the genre.
