Greetings folks, Here is another chance to checkout last night’s show H Mark Mac and the Mark Mac - The Sounds Collective show on 107.3 Stafford FM we featured one of the finest and deepest Labels in the world of Deep Organic House. Bekool Records an amazing label with a consistent sound and quality, I played an amazing line up of tracks coming from some truly amazing artists who have appeared on the label such as. Federico Massara, Lucas ZÃ¡rate, Nicolas Soria, Alley SA, Leap Seconds, Jelly For The Babies, Dodeca, St. Ego, Shakib Jakir, Marcus Kardos, BiG Al. All in the first hour and then, in the second hour we welcomed an awesome Dj and producer to the decks the excellent SOL7 His boundless enthusiasm for music dates back to his childhood. Influenced by Queen, Genesis, Pink Floyd and David Bowie tapes,and his aunt's vinyl records from the 70s and 80s. Years after, he made mixes mainly in Soul, Funky and R&B style slowly paving the path to the world of clubs, parties, and festivals. Later he gets to know house and trance and completely absorbs their special atmosphere. He started organising his own parties and play music in clubs and radio stations all over Hungary. Another milestone in 2002 was the performance of Sasha in Budapest. That's when he met Deep, Organic, and progressive house, which largely defined his current style. His productions and DJ sets are primarily characterised by a positive, emotional melodic atmosphere and cheerful grooves. 'Windy City' is the lead track, perfect for the House heads as it is spiced with a more raw, old-school vibe that makes it suitable for both day and night DJ Sets.

'Cabriolet' gets remixed by Ev Dark, and it's exactly what you could expect from a release by The Disclosure Project. Cozy pads, dreamy atmospheres, deep basslines and tough grooves. Can it get any better?

Closing out the release, 'Pow Wow' slows down the tempo with a  smooth, chilled jam.

Crazy P(enis) will be forever associated with the glory days of Paper Recordings. As the acid house fever dream started to fade, a new generation of ravers took the ball and ran with it for a more groove-driven sound. The band and label were part of the pack.

Paper Recordings first met Jim, Chris and Tim when they were fresh off the boat from North Wales and Nottingham, with a sampler tucked under their arms and a bag full of amazing demos. The first release soon led to their album, 'A Nice Hot Bath With...', which wrote the blueprint for what would become known as nu-disco. Sample heavy and great musicianship fed by late nights on the dance floors of Manchester made it an instant classic.

The band grew with the addition of Danielle Moore's lead vocals and star power. On their next album, The Wicked Is Music', the sound consolidated into the one that has gone on to conquer the world. House, disco, broken beats, funk and pop are all mixed into a heady mix of forward facing dance music.

The Early Years compilation charts their rise from of their early catalogue of ground-breaking productions.
