Sunday Suspense

Boats on a stream of unconsciousness. The music of PERSPECTIVE SHIFTS emerged from impro-sessions with the aim to abandon given structures and to find a more unfettered way of the duo’s expression. Improvisation is therefore an essential part of their live performances. 
The songs on the debut PARALLAX explore characters’ stories and visions through constantly changing soundscapes that allude to the myriad of perspectives that draw this world. Piano melodies are washed away by waves of noise and contemplative monologues are swallowed by sudden outbursts. These trips through different minds and perceptions do not fit in any genre. They appear in this atmospherically dense space and then just fade into the gloom. Nothing is.
