This tune is based on a 19th-20th century painter/ artist (Edvard Isto), whose painting "Two Headed Eagle" was famous at the time it was painted, largely because the Russian czar's oppression politics against Finland, which was a part of the empire back then.

In the painting a two-headed eagle tries to steal the book of laws from a Finnish young blonde maiden, who is a stereotype of a Finnish person / nation.

Nowadays the Russian politicians and generals practice cruelty in Ukraine and this song is against torture of innocent Ukrainian civils/ citizen and deaths of soldiers from the both sides of frontier.
