This epic 4 hrs recording, is part 1 of my 80 tracks "made to be" live compositions. Playing at 8 am in the morning of new years eve at the opening of the Stereobar nightclub is something special that Im very lucky and grateful for. I had a double mission: People needs to be captivated in music and also, they need to party more! So this set is for the day party people or the one that don't want to stop partying. It's an intricate set that starts with energetic dub techno influences but with minimals sounds punching every now and then to tech house. All my influences are in this set with all kinds of emotional sounds that are transporting me. With no rush for me to perform in that timeframe, my sense of urgency is less present and my sequences longer. Hope you enjoy part 1 live at Stereobar, part 2 is coming this spring.

Who is @Zezick

Zёzick (also known as Zezick) is the stage name of Oleksandr Perevertailo, a DJ, music producer, and promoter originally from Dnipro, Ukraine. His active career began back in 1997 and continues to this day.


Musical Style

Zezick’s work spans a variety of electronic genres, including Nu‑Disco, Deep House, Tech House, Downtempo, Dubstep, Chillout, Lo‑Fi, and more. He began with experiments in Techno, Goa Trance, and Breakbeat, later shifting his focus toward deeper, more atmospheric sounds.


Key Projects & Performances

He is known as the creator and participant of projects like “Tantsi Vegetariantsiv” (“Vegetarians’ Dances”), the radio show “Deep Planet” (94.2 FM, Kyiv), and the online show “Appetit” (Estetika Radio). Zezick has performed at large-scale events such as Godskitchen Urban Wave, Global Gathering Ukraine, and the TopDJ and Ukrainian Music Dance Awards ceremonies.

His DJ residencies have included iconic venues such as Platinum, Pilot, Liquid Bar, and Tonnel, as well as radio stations like Clubmania Radio, Kontinent, and Estetika Online Radio across Kyiv, Crimea, and Dnipro.


Podcasts & International Recognition

In 2009–2010, he released mixes for DeepMore and Radarr.kiev.ua. His podcasts for Deep House Dubai gained international attention — especially DHD 200 (December 2023) and DHD 203 (February 2024) — earning positive reviews from the global deep house community.


Context & Contribution

Zezick is one of the pioneers of the electronic music scene in Dnipro. His work significantly contributed to the development of the local music culture in the 2000s and provided a launchpad for young talents. Amid evolving trends in electronic music, Zezick has maintained a distinctive style rooted in a deep sensitivity to sound, space, and the listener.

Today, Zezick represents experience, sonic depth, and authenticity, continuing to connect scenes across Ukraine, Spain, and beyond.

KOOKYCAST #38 - “Tomoya Furukawa is a Japanese DJ who was born in 1997 and raised between Osaka and Kyoto.
He combines minimal intricate rhythms into a storytelling wave of groove with a colorful selection of waxes and subtle mixing.

In 2021, he made his DJ debut at the party "Monza" hosted by “AOKI takamasa” and “Kohei”. After that, he was gradually recognized for his abilities and began to emerge at various parties and festivals in Osaka and Kyoto.

He also tries to support some artists who come from overseas, in 2023, he was invited to perform the opening act when Rominimal maestro “Rhadoo” did a long set at the Circus Osaka.

In 2024, Tomoya invited the millennium generation’s Voodoo child “Topper” as a guest for his own first party "Last".

After that, he moved to Berlin for his own further experience and to pursue the possibilities of dance music.”
