Pan-Pot proudly present the third and final part of the FORTE Remixes on their imprint Second State Audio, featuring reinterpretations by Planetary Assault Systems and Obscure Shape that showcase an innovative and mind-twisting approach to the German duo’s critically acclaimed singles from 2023.

The EP kicks off with Obscure Shape’s ‘CORE (Peak Remix)’, a tribal groovy 90’s inspired techno workout. The deep chord sequence from the original track forms the melodic theme, creating a colorful, epic and emotional atmosphere. With a big bassline supporting the groove, this track is a perfect closer for a sunset set, or to infuse some warmth, color, and energy into the dancefloor. Following this is Planetary Assault Systems’ ‘ARC (Rumble Jungle Remix)’, a seven-minute evolving trip into the sonic world of the genius of Luke Slater. This remix delivers an incredible reinterpretation with a forward-pushing groove, rolling rhythms, a hypnotic sequence and the iconic vocal loop from the original Pan-Pot track. High energy, tension, excitement and class make this a timeless techno gem.

On the flip side, Obscure Shape returns with ‘CORE (Reduced Remix)’, characterized by its captivating rolling top drum groove, stomping kick and incisive bass sequence. A plucked lead evolves throughout the track, while the original vocal sample repeating "paralyzed" adds variation. The EP concludes with Planetary Assault Systems’ ‘ARC (Stomp Maker Remix)’, a harder alternative version of the remix featuring a stompy kick groove, saturated and distorted percussions, and an evolving hypnotic percussive lead. The engaging and intense drum pattern, along with the iconic vocal loop and a bleepy sequence, catapults listeners into a new dimension of sonic depth.

Simina Grigoriu kicks off 2025 with a powerhouse release, teaming up with Italian techno maestro Hollen for the ‘Remote Control’ EP - out now on her imprint, Kuukou Records. Packed with three hypnotic tracks - ‘Remote Control,’ ‘Kaoss Physics,’ and ‘Wrong Or Right’ - this EP delivers a high-octane dose of cutting-edge techno built to dominate global dancefloors.

Simina and Hollen’s collaboration is a seamless blend of pulsating rhythms, intricate textures, and deep, driving energy. From peak-time bangers to hypnotic grooves, the ‘Remote Control’ EP is a statement of intent for the year ahead. 

The title track kicks off with commanding beats, hypnotic synths, and sharp industrial hits. Digital, robotic vocals cut through the mix, adding an edgy touch as the track’s relentless drive pulls listeners deep into its magnetic orbit. Following on, ‘Kaoss Physics’ takes a deeper dive, layering glitchy textures, intricate synth complexities and rolling momentum to create a darker, moodier vibe. DJUS steps up with Bring It Back EP, a four-track journey into the essence of groovy and rolling techno. With an undeniable focus on rhythm, energy, and movement, this EP blends hypnotic drum patterns, deep basslines, and sharp percussive elements into a fluid, dynamic experience.

We start off with 'Conga Circus' that sets the tone with infectious tribal energy, driven by rolling congas and a tightly woven percussive groove. A pulsing bassline carries the track forward, while layers of organic percussion create a hypnotic swing that feels both raw and refined. As the tension builds, playful rhythmic variations and subtle synth stabs add depth, making this a perfect tool.

Next up is 'Glassified' - a deeper and more textural ride, this track balances crisp drum work with shimmering, glassy synth textures that float above a chunky, rolling low end. The interplay between tight, syncopated percussion and evolving atmospheres creates a mesmerizing push-and-pull effect, keeping dancers locked in the rhythm while the track unfolds with delicate yet driving intensity.

The third track on the EP 'Tap Tap' is all about bounce and movement. A groovy bassline works in perfect harmony with sharp, tapping percussion elements that dance around the stereo field. Closing out the EP with a pure roller 'Up And Down' that leans into a loopy, hypnotic structure where layered percussion, deep sub grooves, and evolving textures create an irresistible forward motion. The bassline swells and dips, mirroring the track’s title, while airy synth pads bring a spaced-out contrast to the rhythmic intensity. A true late-night groover that’s both immersive and driving, sealing the EP with style.

Adan Mor is a Brazillian artist making his Unrilis debut following a successful EP on its sister imprint Loose Records. With its fourth release, Moving Pressure welcomes its first external artist: young Slovenian producer Obscur. With a signature sound that is driving and subtly psychedelic, his debut on the label doesn’t stray from the core tenets of its sonic ethos. Obscur delivers minimalism with purpose—dynamic, intentional, and wholly physical.

‘F135’ opens the A-side with a sinister tilt—rubbery squeaks stretch and coil around a flickering, synthetic voice. It’s tactile and strange, without losing movement. ‘Soul Eater’ follows with a slow-burn crescendo, nestling psychedelic inflections into a warm low-end. On the flip, ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ pares things back. Dry, stripped rhythms carry an atmospheric tension—it’s austere yet playful, leaving space for darker hues to linger without fully settling. A precise, heads-down statement. ‘Blasphemy’ follows with a tighter percussive grip and Feral-esque, panning modulations. Highs slice through a foundation of finely textured grooves—functional at its core, but laced with enough detail to give the track a sharper, more intricate edge. The digital bonus, ‘Diamond City’, stretches the sonic palette even further. Not through layers, but through tone: steel blues and deep violets bounce off metallic bleeps with cinematic restraint, closing the EP on a reflective note.

Johannes Heil - Scene Seven

Born in Baden-Wuertemberg, he grew up in Hessen in the Rhein-Main area and was there when Techno was born in 1993. That was also the starting point for his DJ experiences. The 1210 followed in 1997 after he had already tested and expanded his skills on other turntables. Due to his love for the 1210s, his selection of vinyl at home is correspondingly extensive.
Later DJ appearances were announced in the Rhein-Main area. In large and small clubs, the audience was thrilled by his choice of music.
With the increasing digitization of music, Pete Foe was introduced to the production of his own music, because there were opportunities that simply did not exist before.
He also wanted to try analog equipment via the path of digital music production, so today the production consists of a combination of digital and analog media.
A year-long process of learning, a lot of time, effort and patience  led to the current ability making music.
