Happy Pre-Valentine's Day 

I wanted to post this song as a dedication.; to all the real people in America; the slightly overweight the receding hairline. the not so beautiful people with the perfect bodies or the great looking skin. These people get too much love already and let's face it their DOD's  (dumb as Dog shit) as you can see it is meant to be funny.

Every man is pestered. As to what he is going to do for his love. Every year you do the traditional thing. (Flowers Candy and Card) But after a few years of the same old same old. she wants the ultimate gesture from you something that no one else. is doing. 

I thought long and hard what the hell. can i do that is romantic but also funny as hell? So, I created a romantic song.(this one) But presented it in the most funny and ridiculous way. So, it's okay to laugh; at this song; it is meant to break the typical presentation. to serious gestures of how much you love me theme 

Ladies; your man loves you. he sees you every day hears you every day. It's not the lack of love that stops the crazy over the top gestures. It's the reality. That the bills have to get paid. 

I'm not a salesman and this is not a sales pitch its yours for free, for this Valentine's Day. Its free and if your man lips sinks this to you; it should have you smile if not crying in tears laughing funny.  it's even funnier if he does it in his underwear in your bedroom as some type of some romantic wooing. 

for the men if you're not married already your practically already there get use to sacrificing your dignity for the love of your life.a wise old man once said two things #1 happy wife=happy life #2 you can either be right or you can be happy but you can't be both so choose wisely.

(On the song) at first it was historical gag.  but it (the song) was way to wordy and missed the mark.  so then i sat down and edited the crap out of it to make it a real message; not a word salad. that no one could understand or follow. 

It's a simple message show me how to love you so I can be the man you love. Sappy yes! but at the end of the day that is all women really want is the real message that you love them.  they love the flowers candy and cards but is that really you gesture or something you're following others? that you have no originality?

to stay out of hot water with your love.? What she wants what all women want is from your own heart.

the definition of wreckage; the remains of something that has been badly damaged or destroyed.

It's a simple message Love is a fire that moves use to be brave bold do things that we would normally not do but for the love of someone . Sappy yes!  women really want the real message that you love them no matter how you say it they love the message that they are the thing that put a spark a fire to show how much you care.

When I wrote and composed this song I thought jon bon jovi type singer for this particular song. would be perfect

This song was created in 2003  Lyrics created in 2023.  I was looking for a romantic dance song.  I came across this funky drum beat messed around with it and something about this bass rift (i stumbled on it by fooling around one day after seeing that movie True Lies. it (bass rift) stuck in my head. To me this is my version of a modern day tango with a pop blues feel.  You let me know if you feel  it;  if not no biggie.

I am hoping for some outside help that is why i posted this; but i have posted instrumentals before;  But I'm hoping Blake Shelton  (never met the man) might be interested to bring this project to the finish line.  I wanted it to be a Celebration of a life; Its a play on words going to see the king in Memphis Elvis the king;  and God is king. Story would be man dies and travels to Memphis to dance on Beale street where he sees his family and friends that have past before him in a celebration that he finally join them; They travel through the gates of Grace land to meet the king (god)in heaven Note It needs something to make it pop maybe an electric guitar but the backing track is a great start i think. I thought the organ would be enough but after listening online its dull to me;

this song is known in my system as program thirty as you can get it; It was early in my interest in music;  this song was created in mid-nineties no sound files just raw performance; that luckily for me was recorded very well no white noise back then it was a flip of a coin  wheather your tracks would have white noise; I had no money for Daw's back then, and what was out was pretty pricey not justifiable for a hobby and a single a parent . but I loved music, it took me through the darkest times of my life. (my music)   in 200's I was able to purchase a Reasonable Daw. many selections price was all over the place. I settled on Mixcraft pro studios 6 (still use)because it was easy to navigate. I am new to the technology. I love to sit down and create;  You are going to find in these Daw's they want you to define how long the song is what key in; then lay out the patterns and for me it takes the creative inspiration of just letting my inner soul speak; it's in all of us.   Trying to a song before you created it is not practical. How many times you started out one way and went into a completely different direction. you didn't spell out your changes you either lost it (sound file) or you lost the inspiration   

Life isn't full of rules and guarantees to make a song about something dear to you and then comply to the rules set up by a person not in music but a programmer absents of musical talent it just seems wrong in my book. in 2000  I spent months if not years on an off getting what I wanted (in my Daw) of course that was with a learning curve in understanding  the technical side.

 I took a lesson with Craig Chaquico. He is by himself, a great guitarist; but what is nice is he is a good technician in knowing his gear. I picked his brain and He probably thought, that they were dumb question; but still explained the basics to broaden my understanding. something for you new artist; at your favorite music store for gear they will have seminars; it's all free and the top gear suppliers are there to sell their gear but they are also there to educate you (microphones mixers compressors effects ) .  Check them out you might be surprised what you lean i didn't go to school for sound engineering. I know my stuff is not perfect but it's pretty close to radio play. can't say that on the internet for everyone. (different quality) a harsh reality you can spend a fortune on gear if you don't know how to use it; it doesn't matter how good the song is if people cannot hear it;  it is still crap and noise. 

Music is a fickle beast it's all what personal preference is; In 2021 I got a vocal effect and more learning to use the tools I had and still doing it all on a limited budget.

I saw a news article about a single Cheerleader who faced a crowd on her own as the only representative for the school the courage after reading that story was an inspiration to me.

My music is a bit dark, I created them in some of the most darkest times I went through. It was hard to get In Touch with those feelings and express a message that people can relate; guys are not so touchy feely with their emotions they (men) tend to keep that stuff bottled up until are hearts explodes and we  are dead.   But i figured if that teenager can face the biggest fears and still come out on top. i can finish what i started and maybe touch people in letting them know they are not alone in how they feel. How he gets that achievement (by himself or a  another artist) is negotiable and flexible.   

This artist, born Peter A Weelmaa, born July 24, in Chicago Illinois. Grew up on the North side, A single parent who raised one child on his own, graduated from college night classes, while working a day job as a manufacturing engineer. Life sidetracked, this artist to focus on responsibility then dreams. Now after achieving what parents strive for their kids now focuses his attention back to the dream of getting his music out and heard.   

Music influences are, real new age music like Depeche Mode, YAZ, Rock inspiration from U-2, Kansas, three dogs night, Big country, Pop influences of level forty-two, icehouse, Madonna. The Modern jazz influences of Sting. Soul influences of BB king, James brown. Like most people this artist is affected by many genres, and does not want to be labeled a one trick pony.  Music is his outlet to say what the artist would normally keep to himself.  Music is the means to relax, some people my run workout to blow steam off; this artist, finds himself at a keyboard or guitar and just lets what he feels play out.   

The artist thought: Let the sound move you; let the words connect what each would feel. Be not that cynic who is absent of thought and feelings be that person you hide from the world, to afraid to show the real you.  What makes us exceptional people is the human side that we fear is not enough. But it the very thing your significant other wants to see. If you are a lady, this artist makes you have hope for men. If you’re a male this is the means to connect with that special woman you want to connect with.  

Music is many things to many people, we transition from emotion to emotion and we are constantly evolving. So this artist is many genres, but to promote him self effectively has to focus on styles that show his talent in the best of light and to the highest standard that he can achieve.  The most important fact here is this artist is not a billion dollar artist with unlimited resources backing him. Nor is he related to anyone famous that backed his or her mediocre talent to be a current star. There is no hype here, just music; no swinging naked or riding on props to sell music.  It’s this artist opinion that today’s music has less to do with real singing, and has morphed into more rapping or talking.  Which is not very artistic or original if every song or artist does it.  The message that is being said has been said before and its meaning, its affect is just a blur now, when it first came out (Rapping) it said something original, it had a legitimate message to be stated.  Now it’s a cheep gimmick that has long been over played over done. The people, the masses are really just bored but it’s the only game in town. 

There is a new movement taking place it’s independent from the corporate label, and most important it’s back to grass roots and its all-original content. This artist wants to inspire his listeners to know they can make the same music corporations put out if you focus solely on the pure love of the art. Be true to whom you are, and the people will embrace your voice as they have mine.  I’m no more or less important then you; we are the same, equal. Again note there is no professional studio here, no High-end equipment here. Just a bunch of hand me down equipment bought on Ebay, with some original out of the box thinking with pure original artistry. My producing came from You Tube help and seminars that local music shops do. Like how to microphone, how to mix. None of these cost a thing to attend, but was instrumental in gaining real knowledge in recording and producing. Most importantly, be honest to the sound that is coming out and being recorded and ask if it’s good enough? After you are satisfied then let the people decide if they agree with you.  Failure is not losing; it’s just pushing you to try that much more then tried; If we succeed, we are then forced to be better then our last attempt or release.  The key is never to be satisfied, always be hungry, and better your self for more. 

This artist intention is not to be a recording artist; but, to be heard.  You have to record, and in this day and age that recording has to be good enough for radio ready to be even considered as worthy in any consideration.  This artist considers himself a songwriter first above anything else. There is a lot of music out there and if you choose the Internet to launch your self you are going to have to be better and promote better then the rest that is out there doing the same thing you are trying.
