The Black Light Disco Show returned to the myhouseradio.fm airwaves with another all residents affair to boot the Monday blues in the sweet breads and rattle the underpants of melancholy.   

BLD stalwarts Esteban and Goz were called up to christen the newly built Audio Biosphere here at the top of BLD Towers. First up is Esteban, who was pitching some mid-tempo vibes to start off proceedings with tracks from Ron Basejam, Fingerman, Lux Experience, Da Lukas and Birdee to name but 5. All building up nicely for the second hour where Goz pulled the handbrake and let loose with an array of up-tempo weapons from Delfonic, Charlie Soul Clap, Kristoff MX, Chewy Rubs and James Curd.

These incredible remixes, which have individually been topping the charts on digital platforms, can now be had in one amazing collection that is not just a tribute to the past but a vibrant continuation of the legacy these legendary musicians helped create.

If there’s anyone who prompts the question “When does he find time to make that?” it’s serial editor and remixer Pete Le Freq. For more than 20 years he’s been reworking disco and funk classics as label boss of Alpaca Edits and Llama Farm Recordings, updating originals with a distinctive dance‑floor edge. His prolific remixes have been played by DJs worldwide — he’s a regular at Beatherder, made his Ring stage debut this summer alongside Utah Saints and Jaegerossa, and is a Mastermix remixer alongside Ben Liebrand, Sgt Slick and DJ S. He’s shared decks with Young Pulse, Michael Gray, Craig Charles, Dr Packer and Jo Whiley, and already has dates booked for 2026. 

Simply put:  he makes what he loves in the headphones come out the big speakers.
