“One thing that makes L.A. great is you live in your cars, so you listen to a lot of radio; there, public radio stations like KXLU and KCRW are actually valid, big stations that people listen to. One day, I was listening to ‘Morning Becomes Eclectic’ on KCRW, and I heard a Damien Jurado song. I simply fell in love with his voice – this most beautiful, vulnerable, pristine, angelic voice. Originally ‘Almost Home’ was a fully finished song, but I love Damien’s approach to melody and lyrics, so I gave it to him as an instrumental. What he did was much better than anything I’d come up with.”

Love of Strings . Moby Cover . This is a bit of a sloppy version . A Korg X-50 Sythesizer was used. All intruments were played By Hand all the way through , no quantizing or even a metronome used. Just trying to get  the sounds .  All sounds are stock "combis" on the Korg X50 , except the guitar I had to custom make. Mobys version is WAY better LOL . I plan on remaking  a tighter version . Simply uploaded this for my buddy Patito .

Nova Nova originated in 1992, making the band one of the pioneers of the French electronic musical scene. They were first signed on the mythical and now defunt Rave Age imprint, the first ever French techno label, and have been one of the best known electronic live acts in France, with performances at the Rex and the Transmusicales de Rennes in 1994.

First ever techno label dated 1994. This is a classical making composition that respect the harmonic rules of the other styles of music.  This amazing tune captured my heart today, Aug. 6th, 2010.  Nova Nova prefer the notion of spleen to describe their music, between ecstasy and melancoly, where sadness is present but hope prevailing.

'REGENERATION DAY II is October 2nd and is when Agoria's Sapiens label releases five EPs of exciting new music all at once, and next up is Ukrainian Kate Zubok. The first REGENERATION DAY back in May was a huge success with Mooglie's release picking up more than one million streams and counting on Spotify as well as being supported by Austin on Spotify ‘crate diggers’ and Bandcamp, so it very much succeeded in its mission to support and highlight the most exciting emerging artists from all over the world in these difficult times.

Kate Zubok is an underground Paris based DJ and producer who hails from Ukraine. She is obsessed with cosmic sounds and flying chords and has played all over the world alongside the likes of Bedouin and Black Coffee.

She opens up her EP with 'Inner world' featuring soft hang drum sounds and delicate tinkles on a piano, then gets more physical with the elastic beats and complex harmonies and melodies of her hypnotic 'Bubble Gum.' Last of all, 'Is It Worth It?'/'СТОИТ ЛИ?' explores distorted synth sounds and eerie vocal loops that are utterly spell binding as they unfold on a heady, airy groove.'
