Hailing from Copenhagen Denmark, Disfunctional Disco has been a key player in the Copenhagen house scene for many years now, both as a DJ, playing all venues in Copenhagen, and around the world, alongside many of the top names in the scene, but also as one half of Kulturshot, who has brought many legendary parties to Copenhagen, Geneva and Paris. Schenkt man dem Druiden glauben, so befindet sich der selten gesehene Maori im tarabschen Universum. Auf der Suche nach dem Schokoladenbaum, der ihn aufgrund seiner unheilbaren Abhängigkeit ewig lockt, und von dem laut kosmischen Lexikon auf jedem Planeten im tarabschen Universum ein wohlgenährtes Exemplar existiert.

Der Antrieb des Maoris beträgt zwischen 110 und 125 BPM – je nachdem, ob er kürzlich fündig geworden ist und den unstillbaren Durst nach dem braunen Elixier kurzzeitig mildern konnte oder, wie der Gierschlund der er ist, unaufhörlich suchend von Planet zu Planet rast.

Gerüchten zufolge treibt das braune Zeug die Zahl seiner BPM vehement an und so ballert er unaufhaltsam und voller Schokoladendrang durch den tarabschen Kosmos, vibrierende Schallwellen versprühend, welche wohl der Gattung „Space Junk“ angehören.

Man munkelt, dass er sein Glück häufig auf der Apollo 12 versucht, um mit seinen Haudegen und Haudeginnen nach dem Tal des Tarabs zu suchen, wo einer ur-alten Legende nach der wohl zarteste Schokoladenbaum aller Planten versteckt ist… wo er sich in diesem Moment gerade befindet bleibt jedoch ungewiss…

Soooo! Auf gehts!!!
Wir starten in das neue Jahr mit unserem Podcast # 029.
 
Unser nächster Streich kommt von Nil Son (@nil-son)und er stammt  aus Dresden. Er teilte sich ein paar Mal die Player mit unserem Schnukkel Martin Saupe (@msaupe), was uns dazu brachte, den Guten mal genauer unter die Lupe zunehmen. Das Ergebnis unserer kleinen Analyse war so spitze, dass wir ihn unbedingt für unsere kleine aber feine Reihe gewinnen mussten. Nil Son ist schon seit Ende der Neunzigern in der Szene unterwegs und entschied sich 2003 die ersten Plattenspieler zu kaufen. Seit 2007 ist er richtig aktiv in der Dresdner Szene unterwegs. Neben Dresden bespielte er viele Clubs und Festivals u.a. in Leipzig, Berlin, Zürich. Er ist DJ aus Leidenschaft mit einem wahnsinnigen Gespür für gute Tracks. Er selber empfindet sich nicht wirklich als Künstler ,sondern eher als „Track-Selektor“ der die Künstler, welche die gute Musik basteln, adäquat präsentieren möchte.
Für uns stellen seine Fähigkeiten, so geschickt Tracks zu kombinieren und dabei Menschen ein schönes Gefühl und eine gute Zeit zu bereiten, ganz gewiss eine Kunst dar...
