Drew Hill set the tone of things to come with their delightfully cosmic remix of Maribou State's 'Tongue' last year. 

This brought the duo of Michelle Drew and Phillip Hill - originally from Denmark and Germany respectively - to the fore and preceded the release of the 'Solitude' EP on Born Electric, a prime example of their melodic and crooning approach to to production.

I always found the "Candi Staton - Hallelujah Anyway (larse vocal mix)" really great but a little too slow. So after hearing this version played in a high BPM on a DJ set I decided to mess around with it and make what I call the "club edition", as the music became more aggressive, dancing, whatever you like to describe.

What I did was test some pitch increase till I found the "perfect" one, and also did a little twist in the beginning to smooth it a little so when the first kick happens it really have an impact.
