In this podcast, I explore the barriers that prevent minority communities from seeking mental health care. Upon researching the movement to destigmatize men's mental health, I was surprised to find out that work to extend the movement to minorities was not being done. So, taking matters into my own hands, I discuss my plan to increase minority mental health care access.
