Longtime friends and musical collaborators Max Essa and Eddie C join the RNT fold with a 4 tracker of melancholic and exquisitely produced chilled out disco. Begun as a lockdown project, the We Live In The Hills EP explores a vast palette of sonic soundscapes, from the shimmering guitars and acid lines of Melon Stepping, to the insistent rolling bass and whimsical synths of Save Me, the deep funk of the EP’s title track, and the late nite driving soundtrack stylings of Sixth Bridge. This EP tells a hopeful story of emerging from isolation and doubt, like a lovely musical sunrise after a long dark night.

In love with Jazz and everything it gave birth to, Paul Cut seeks to maintain a long-standing tradition by merging it with House music. Whether by sampling tracks in the studio or playing keyboards on stage, his sole purpose is the Groove.
Paul Cut had his two very first releases on parisian labels : The Joy EP with Ondulé Recordings, held by Joss Moog and Around7, and Serious Intentions EP as keyboardist for the D.ko Records' live band, Secret Value Orchestra.
Popcorn began its vinyl releases four years ago with dj and producer Lowris. New comer at that time, he has since then become famous resident of Concrete Paris Parties and a recognized producer. It is therefore naturally that the 10 th release will be devoted to a newcomer, the young and talented Paul Cut and his Basement Jam EP.

NYC stalwart and international superstar @jacquesrenault joins Brooklyn cohorts for a 4 track EP of superior edit stylings! On the A side "Cold Blooded" sources a classic, focusing on a hypnotic and rhythmic pattern for a solid 6 minutes before exploding into exuberant soul, while "Get Down" is a loose and greasy funk stomper. On the flip, "Dream Machine" is disco sampled perfection, chopped and sliced with evident love. Finally, "That Sound" takes us home with its thunderous drums, slap bass, and a tasteful peppering of soulful vocals.

Rune Lindbaek flagged up a remix of Molde by Those Norwegians that had never had an official release, but can now be found on '25 Years of Paper' - Part 2.

The original was part of their Kaminzky Park album that wrote the blueprint for the Norwegian 'space disco' sound that was to follow. It had out-there production, off kilter beats, wry humour and heavy groove.

The remix caries on where they left with Arctic funk and Scandi wonk.
