Just a little bass test from my bands newest song "The Process"
The bass is purposefully pretty loud in the mix so it can be heard, understood and thump. Drums are DKFH - I think its the preset our drummer used to use before upgrading - Guitars are Axe-Fx Ultra Direct into my M-Box. 
I used the Waves CLA & JJP plugins to try and replicate the awesome low mid Growl that the Dark Glass Pedals can create.

Drop F Bass Test - Slammin' your head against the wall!

Working on my drum editing & live drum mixing a little bit. I manually pasted the samples in this time instead of using a triggering method - basically i just matched the sample transients up with the live ones and then volume automated them. I Blended a snare and kick sample in this mix. It is about 80% real kick & about 65/70% real snare. If anyone wants to hear the mix with the reinforcements removed let me know! Any critiques would be AWESOME!
