Powell is back with 'No U Turn', a track taken from his new 12" Club Music, the first on his own Diagonal imprint since 2012's Body Music. 

Having remixed the likes of Silent Servant and Ike Yard and released on The Death Of Rave and Liberation Technologies in the intervening period, Powell's return to Diagonal find him in imperious form; 'No U Turn' is a stubbornly percussive, dingy techno club tool that finds him operating in very much his own space.

DJ Astro says about it: "“My Ritual Ashes” includes a nice synth sequence, psych sounds, bass and percussion until the drums join in before the four-minute-marker. There is also some heavily effected, spacey guitar and keyboards as well as meditative, monotonic human voice. The hypnotic, rather cosmic atmosphere of the track sort of reminds me of Lamp of the Universe. Excellent!"
