I was originally intending to put this song up for the upcoming "The Sound of SceneSat Volume 6" that's coming later in February this year, but since that project was unfortunately delayed until the end of April, I wanted to release it earlier. So a new and secret song will appear there instead.

However, this song started out with over five half-baked sketches in various genres and tempos, but nothing panned out. Just as I was about to give up on it, I just lowered the tempo to 105 BPM and took a ballad approach, and suddenly it just fit together. Happy Valentine's Day to a special someone. ;)
