Pour ce 9ème volet, j'accueille avec grand plaisir la danseuse, dj et productrice Naajet (@itsnaajet). Co-fondatrice du collectif Bande de Filles et naviguant sur les scènes parisienne et d'ailleurs, elle nous propose aujourd'hui un mix intimiste, dans lequel vous pourrez entendre un son typique d'une période de la House music. Je vous laisse avec la présentation qu'elle a fait de celui-ci et la remercie chaleureusement de s'être prêtée au jeu de la série Pivot Groove. Big up !

Je vous livre aujourd'hui un mix très personnel. Un mix qui rend hommage à mes parents et plus particulièrement à mon père, un amoureux de la musique et de la fête. Pendant toute mon enfance et adolescence, il écoutait en boucle les compilations du Buddha Bar, des Bains Douches ou encore du Pacha (et pleins d'autres encore). On emmenait ses CDs partout avec nous et la House devint synonyme de trajets en voiture et de moments conviviaux en famille. C'est donc sans grand surprise que ce style est devenu au fil du temps mon pilier musical et que j'en ai fais mon métier <3 Dans ce mix, j'ai uniquement sélectionné des morceaux que mon père écoutait quand j'étais plus petite, des morceaux remplis de souvenirs et d'amour. J'espère qu'il vous plaira.

I offer you today a very personal mix. A mix that pays tribute to my parents and especially to my father, a music and party lover. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, he always listened to compilations from Buddha Bar, Les Bains Douches, and Pacha (and many more). We took his CDs everywhere with us, and House music became synonymous with car rides and happy family moments. So, it’s no surprise that this style has over time become my musical foundation and finally my job <3. In this mix, I’ve only selected tracks my father used to listen to when I was younger, tracks filled with memories and love. I hope you'll enjoy it.
