Closing set at a free party in a beautiful place called Moitinhas. Right in the middle of nowhere but yet in one of the most gorgeous portuguese landscapes. After a heavy rain, the place got seriously muddy, reminding me of my psytrance raving old times. Perfect opportunity to play a bit harder and some favourite tracks that I didn´t get the chance to play it until now :)
Thank you for all the dancers and people that fell in the mud but kept dancing and smiling :)

Originated throughout the infamous Covid-era, the "Weak Sleep" EP is the culmination of years of collaboration between Haider Uppal and Nie Wieder Schlafen, resulting in a product that is both distinctive and emotionally resonant.
Haider, an emerging young talent from Pakistan tries to carve a niche for himself within the Deep House & House spheres over the past decade. Hailing from Lahore and having studied in Michigan, Haider was profoundly influenced by the rich House and Techno sounds of Detroit. His journey as a dedicated and passionate craftsman has led him to bridge the gap between his native music scene and the broader Western landscape, undeterred by the geographic and cultural distances from techno hubs of the West.

Weak Sleep, Haider Uppal's debut EP on the Berlin-based label Nie Wieder Schlafen, showcases his unique musical vision through three original tracks and four remixes. The originals are imbued with a fluid and nostalgic sound, characterized by textured ambiences and groovy elements that evoke a calm and warm atmosphere. Each track builds a gentle tension that unfolds with a patient, forward-moving energy for the softer dancefloors, underlined by sound reinforcing as well as sound overturning remixes from the likes of Pablo Bolivar, Soela, Thomas Stieler and the label's own Quatri.
This collection is a testament to Haider's artistic journey, capturing a moment in time that is unlikely to be replicated as he continues to evolve and explore new soundscapes, telling his narrative of perseverance, cultural fusion, and the universal language of rhythm and melody.

“Your friend… your friend…” the boy said in awe, “… is a dragon?” The old man recovered from his surprise. “It matters not,” he said to them. “Quickly, where is his wound?” Minli care-fully unwound her blanket from Dragon’s arm and winced. The gashes seemed to have burned into him like evil coals; the blackness had spread and his arm looked like a burnt tree. Swiftly, the man pushed Minli aside and began to pour the liquid from the medicine jar over Dragon’s black arm. The tonic was a clear yellowgreen, with a gentle aroma of fresh flowers and grass, reminding Minli of a spring morning. As it washed over Dragon’s diseased arm, his tightly closed eyes relaxed and the grimace on his face smoothed — as if a deep pain was relieved. The medicine melted the dark poison; the blackness seemed to be rinsing away and Dragon’s breathing became easier and even. Menori knows the magic meaning of Synergy. This is his second offering for Shango Records. These three tracks can increase the power of your mind. Cedro, Sebastian Hal and Marco Amoazoo are powerful and wise gentlemen.

For 3 Decades, PeterPan and his friends has been pushing the boundaries of the Underground Scene up in the north of Europe in Oslo, Norway.

Based in Oslo, Norway, Peter is a seasoned DJ
with a profound love for vinyl and an unwavering 
passion for electronic music. 
Peter's musical journey began in the early 80s 
when he was captivated by the movie Beat Street, 
Peter purchased his first SL1210 turntables, 
marking the beginning of his vinyl journey. 
This marked the inception of his exploration 
into various genres, including hip hop, italo disco 
and the pulsating club music of that era.

As the sound evolved, Peter found himself deeply 
influenced by the emergence of Chicago house, 
hip house, and acid, 
which left an indelible mark on his musical sensibilities. 
Embracing his identity as a DJ 
he embarked on an exhilarating period of 
heavy-duty partying and secured a residency 
at Qurel, a prominent Oslo club that was 
at the forefront of the house music scene 
in the late 80s. Simultaneously, he became 
a staple at underground house parties, 
leaving an unforgettable impression 
on the Oslo music scene.

In the mid-80s, Peter's fascination with technology 
led him to experiment with techno gadgets, 
such as the iconic TB-303 and TR-606. 
Over time, favorites like the TR-808, TR-909, 
Juno 106, Jupiter 8, and Akai S-900 became 
integral components of his setup. 
With the advent of MIDI and his acquisition 
of a Mac equipped with Cubase, 
Peter seamlessly connected his array of gear, 
culminating in the release of his album 

"Homegrown" 

This milestone marked the birth of his own label, 
NeverLand Productions, and showcased his 
versatility under the pseudonym Peter Pan.

In 1996, Peter's journey took him to Koh Phangan, 
a mesmerizing island in southern Thailand. 
He landed a residency at the Vinyl club on 
Haad Riin beach, the legendary birthplace 
of Full Moon parties, attracting crowds of 
up to 10,000 partygoers each month. 
Additionally, he performed at numerous 
events throughout his stay in Thailand, 
including unforgettable gigs alongside Dave 
at the renowned Backyard club.

In 1998, Peter and his friend Øyvind Jambor 
embarked on an epic adventure, driving from Oslo 
to Ibiza in Peter's trusty car. 
Their determination paid off as they secured 
a DJ residency in a bar in Ibiza town, 
where they delivered dj sets throughout 
the season, captivating audiences 
with their musical selections.

Subsequently, Peter indulged in the pleasure of 
music production, exploring software like Cubase, 
Reason, StudioOne, and Ableton Live. 
Fuelled by his creativity, he released tracks on 
labels such as Small Records, Avocado Dream, 
Evader Records, Aquavit Beats, 
SoHappy Recordings and Oyhopper Records, 
under aliases like PeterPan303 and, 
more recently, Peter Greenwood.

From Oslo's underground scene to international 
stages, he has graced venues like: 
Confusion, Betong, Rockefeller, John Dee, 
Sentrum Scene, Uforia, Norefjell, Nebb, 
Borgen, Barbeint, Skansen, Exit, 
Hausmania, Pure, Sementfabrikken, 
Quart Festival, PUSH, XL, Sjokoladefabrikken, 
Golden Gate (Berlin), Sikamikanico, 
as a co founder of the Safari Festival- 
deep in the South Norwegian forest, 
Øyhopper/Footworks, Hjertøya Festival, 
and the Midnightsun Festival in Lakselv.
 
Noteworthy collaborations include legendary 
artists such as Sasha, John Digweed, Guy J,
Nick Warren, Way Out West, Steve Parry, 
Inkfish, Boris Brecha, Fluke, Luv Dup, 
Phaxe, Morten Granau, PsySex, Flowjob, 
Ethnoscope, Atmos, Banel, HuxFlux
and a myriad of talented Norwegian DJs.

his unwavering dedication to the underground
