When Arcturus fades behind the veil,
A whispered shadow falls across the sky.
Its golden light, once bold, begins to pale,
As night consumes the star that lights the high.

The heavens tremble with a secret lost,
A cosmic dance that none can comprehend.
The ancient light, now hidden, pays the cost,
And bids the wandering eye its gaze suspend.

Yet in the dark, the silent truth remains:
The star, though gone, still pulses in the night.
Its absence marks the world with subtle chains,
A fleeting glimpse of endless, secret light.

For even in the dark, we know the truth—
The stars still shine, though hidden from our youth.

Concept created in late 2022

When I heard Rekha years ago, I couldn't stop thinking about how I could adapt a song to her voice.

Thanks to Delaflor, who had already collaborated with her, she was able to contact me and offer me a song. After several weeks of work, Manu added an excellent guitar riff that partially camouflaged my horrible synth guitar.

Emergence. Our humanity. Humans being humane... It's actually quite a selfish term when you reflect on what we mean for evolution up to this point. The first known beings that can reason their existence and we have become that destroyer of natural selection from before we existed.

This is very dangerous as we are not only affecting the climate but it looks like the balanced web of life that has built up slowly through billions of years. Gaia theory suggest that harmony and connection with everything is the way forward. We do this through an endeavour to understand this place properly and appreciation for everything. I believe in connecting with everything neuroplasticity can take over and rewire our brains to the system and a path on the greater good for all life. We need this to emerge collectively for it to flourish and become that positive beacon the present and future needs... The signs are there and we are analogies for the larger system. Just like a fake human forest is comparable but has no where near the strenght of one that took millions of years and started as an amoeba... Don't insult the idea of the greater good being some confusing God wrapped thing you don't have to worry about being an atheist or agnostic. It's the greater good for a snail or you or a blade of grass and has nothing to do with anything we don't understand

Well it is time again for a guitar song with my fine and good friend Stephen of TexMex Shaman--The Brilliant production work is his as is the rather hilarious artwork, some of the percussion recordings , a whole stadium full of screaming fans that he found somewhere, and of course his kick-ass electric guitar play--i in turn added some guitar noise a little synth, and some percussion recordings from my Roland/Boss bass and drum player--Hope those of you that find your way here enjoy this as much as we do:):)
