There is good and evil in each of us. We see this every day, looking inside ourselves, into our heart, into our soul, into our inner mirrors. Sometimes we see good there, but sometimes evil.  I want to dedicate this track to all the good people who gave their lives in this eternal war. In a sense, this track is a requiem for the passing World, as I knew it.

I'm very pleased to get to work with Karl's music yet again as we have collaborated on many projects together. When I first heard 'Haust' (Icelandic for Autumn), I was haunted by the richness of the bowed sound and the grinding industrial textures that spoke to me about the extreme environment in Iceland (https://soundcloud.com/sesar/haust). Settling down on a bench in the Winter Garden in the centre of the Yorkshire city of Sheffield, a curious relaxed state can  occur. The sound is somehow muffled due to the plants and trees in this vast glass house.
Fan Palms rise up above the visitors, their leaves like giant hands in a weird greeting of peace.
