This was recorded remotely and hot mixed in my home studio - rough garage sounds : ) Lots of improv stuff on tape to see the light of day too in the vault

This is a beautiful passage I found while exploring Imgur recently (I did not catch the author, and I apologize for that): “Sometimes I wake up and have to remind myself: There’s nothing wrong with me. I have patterns to unlearn, new behaviors to embody, and wounds to heal. But, there is nothing wrong with the core of me and who I am. I am unlearning generations of harm and remembering love. It takes time.” 

This song embodies that idea, for me.

I’ve known these two almost as long as I’ve been on Soundcloud; a very early crossing of paths. In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of watching their skills grow and evolve. And despite all the woes to be had right now, I’ve watched their minds and hearts grow too.
