New version of one of the first creation of me as Pettinato.. The first one has been made around the 2004 when I was living in Turin and as far as I remember I was a little kid full of energie with an already written destiny... Life is gettin' a little bit more serious with time, there is always something to learn, and in my opinion you can also learn something from your past, in that young times there was an amazing natural freedom which I can see in these tracks. With the beginning of the year I like to share this tune with the wish that everyone get his 5 minutes of heaven every day.

Extracted from the soundtrack of “Love Radioactive”, a dance piece designed by Ramon John that shows the decadence before the end of the world after the atomic apocalypse through survivors, machines, and a love story.
The track “Love Radioactive” is a dark and aggressive composition that brings the story to a futuristic techno rave.
The story goes on and so the rave, driven by machines themself, they crash till morning and that’s when “Lost Connection” get generated.

Born in Turin, Italy, Andrea Vacca approaches electronic dance music at a very young age. Driven by his passion, he discovers his talent and starts exploring and creating his own music. His first productions (never released) were welcomed with enthusiasm by his local heroes, and one of them decides to open his set with one of his “untitled” tracks at the legendary “Dachkantine” in Zurich, Switzerland.
This leads to the birth of “Pettinato”. His work as a producer is almost entirely focused on his live shows, where he loves to experiment and improvise, playing with different combinations of sounds and modeling his tunes differently in every set.
Listening to his music, you can clearly recognize his influences; 60’s and 70’s rock, funk, post-punk and 90’s electronic music. With powerful basslines, minimal beats, psychedelic sounds, hypnotic melodies, Pettinato’s tracks are therefore extracts from this ever changing stream of sounds and beats, studio versions of something that took life on stage.
