Recorded on a laptop mic, mixed in Audacity. No proper instrumental existed so it had to be jury-rigged with a vocal remover, it mostly worked but you can still hear the original in some points.

Laptop mic, recorded and cleaned in Audacity, mixed in Reaper using Nectar. With sincerest apologies to Bob (RIP), the Wailers, and the entire Marley family. I need to learn to harmonise better, when I tried to go higher to emulate the I Threes I just got all quiet and croaky instead. Even so I think it came out better than I was expecting it to, and that's some progress in some way.

Also I learned that I apparently can't sing the word tears properly.

No Woman No Cry (Bob Marley and the Wailers) - Vocal Cover

Recorded with a Blue Snowball, cleaned in Audacity, mixed in Reaper using Nectar. A friend showed me a bunch of breathing exercises and practices to do and I think the results show, compared to previous covers at least. 

I really do love this song and I'm glad I can now sing it without cringing at myself, even if you're still cringing at me <3

Brave As A Noun (AJJ) - Vocal Cover

Blue Snowball, recorded and cleaned in Audacity, mixed in Reaper using Nectar. This was simultaneously incredibly fun and a ridiculous pain. I'm happy with the final result though. Ideally I'd have gotten other people singing the chorus stuff and spent a few more weeks tweaking between listens, but we only have a finite amount of time on this planet.
