Happy birthday to ME! I played this set live in Seattle at OmCulture the day after my 40th birthday. Thanks to everyone who came out and danced with me, it was the perfect way to start a new year, and a new decade, of life! The number 40 has significance of overcoming trials with triumphs, and I feel triumphant to have made it through the trials of life to where I am today, surrounded by the beautiful ecstatic dance community and doing what I love most for my job.
