We are back with the second of three remix EP's coming from Around Us' well received debut album 'Reaching Home'.

This time we've got industry legend Lemon8 kicking off proceedings with his blissful remix of 'I Got This', followed by rising star- and ARRVL label owner Ritchie Haydn who flips 'Absolute' into a lovely melodic mover. We finish in style with a brand new chilled out and dreamy track by Around Us titled 'In My Mind'.

Uruguay-based artist Federico Epis returns with a powerful double A-sided release featuring Dreaming and Mistake, on the Dutch label Manual Music, led by Paul Hazendonk.

A well-respected name in the progressive house scene, Epis has previously released music on Global Underground, Pole Folder's Reworck, and Eelke Kleijn's former label, Outside The Box Music. This latest offering comes with remixes by renowned artist Rauschhaus and rising talent Mike Kohl, making it a must-listen for fans of progressive and melodic house.

Rounding out the month of April, Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint welcomes Tato Seco to the label for his debut EP. Hailing from Argentina, Juan Martin Seco aka Tato Seco has achieved measurable success in relatively short order. Beginning his journey into electronic music as a DJ first, Tato would become a fixture of his country’s nightlife, performing alongside a long list of impressive talent, highlighted by Antrim, Fernando Ferreyra, Julian Nates, Kasper Koman and Nicolas Rada, amongst others, all while quietly honing his skills as a producer in the background. On the strength of his first ever release, a contribution to Future Avenue’s 2023 ‘Spring Sampler’, the Rosario resident would go on to sign projects via long-standing imprints in Droid9, Magnitude Recordings and Mango Alley, quickly establishing a resonate worldly sound and demand within the progressive house spectrum. With 2025 already highlighted by his latest Mango Alley vehicle, a remix of ‘Horizon’ by Seyah in cooperation with fellow countryman Luca Abayan, Tato now adds Sound Avenue to his resume with ‘Serendipia’, alongside remixes from   Ewan Rill, Agustin Pengov and Manu Pavez.

The latest offering from RKP finds label boss Ruben Karapetyan returning for a new single. Since returning to the world of electronic music in 2020, Armenia born, Los Angeles based artist Ruben Karapetyan has enjoyed a meteoric rise to prominence in the progressive house arena. With a sound that carefully balances a retro-modern style, Ruben has racked up a superlative string of releases for a host of revered imprints in Mango Alley, Clubsonica and The Soundgarden, in turn earning praise from the genre’s tastemakers. Seemingly in perpetual motion across 2024 while performing alongside Guy Mantzur, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Now as 2025 approaches its second quarter, Ruben returns to his RKP imprint for his first single of the year ‘Moai’, alongside remixes from Hernan Cattaneo & Mercurio, Maze 28 and MakhmuriaN.

Returning to the label for the second interpretation of ‘Moai’ is Maze 28. Hailing from Albania, Mario Zefi aka Maze 28 has become one of the most hotly tipped progressive house artists that the underground has to offer. In just three short years the Durres resident has earned support from genre tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while his melodic creations have found a home on Clubsonica, Juicebox Music and Mango Alley, the latter of which operates as his primary home. RKP has also been a landing spot for the talented Albanian, with October of 2023 marking his label debut with ‘This Is Just a Dream’. Remixed by Hernan Cattaneo and Marcelo Vasami, the track quickly rose to the number one position in both the label and artist’s Beatport sellers, where it still sits today. 2024 would see Maze 28 deliver his first original production for RKP, August’s timeless chart breaker ‘Red Lights From Afar’. Now, returning for his second remix, the Albanian talent puts his distinctive stamp on ‘Moai’. Bringing a contemporary state of mind, Maze 28 reassembles the themes from the original for his own uniquely tailored approach. Granular hits, haunting vocal motifs and a finale of balmy melodies co-ax perfectly atop muscular kick drums and key changing grooves, for what results in a tasteful rendition that’s perfect for the dancefloor.

Ritchies' musical roots began with a passion for the trance movement in the mid 90's and that distinctive Balearic sound. His love of soulful house and disco from the likes of Soulfuric Records and Defected tuned his ears to the structure of powerful melodies, wicked vocals and hitting the club scene to appreciate it all live. 

This was his inspiration to dive in to DJing and producing electronic music, which was soon followed by opportunities to perform in niche venues across London.

Since then Ritchie has performed at venues across the UK & Ibiza, with particular focus on the Capital scene including, Horse & Groom, Egg, Ministry Of Sound, McQueen, E1, Orange Yard, the incredible Ibiza Sunset Boat Parties, Eden and Pacha. Supporting brand promotions such as the famous Ibiza brand Pukka Up, London Sound Academy, ARRVL, The Gallery. EXiT, Selador.

His style fuses a range of influences from Nu disco, vocal, progressive & deep house right through to tech house and techno, depending on the time, space & environment.

His passion and love of progressive House, electronica & Deep techno, saw him co-found events and record label brand ARRVL 6 years ago - focussed on showcasing the music which takes followers & fellow genre lovers on memorable, emotive, musical narratives.

Ritchie also runs the house, disco and indie dance events brand, Social Beats, with over 20 events across London and beyond.

In the last 6 years, he has focused his attention to the production side, with a number of EP and single releases on labels such as ICONYC, Coldharbour, NYLO, 64K Recordings, Krafted Underground., Capital Heaven, Mango Alley and Manual. And there’s much more to come in 2024.
