As one of the brightest new faces in the local Helsinki scene, Carlina Carpelan has quickly made a name for herself. Her sound and selections have a signature feel to them, but still stay up to date with the current sounds of the club world. She describes this mix as a shared mixed platter of both personal and more dancefloor ready anthems. Even though she stays true to the cornerstones and most important elements to her, the newly added warmth and light has brought a completely new in her record collection.

I'm always very hard on myself when it comes to recording gigs and that's why I've never released a mix like this. I'm much more comfortable with the music at gigs being for a specific place, moment and crowd and not being "immortalised" online. but I had a lot of fun playing that night - especially dancing with a lot of friends - and really enjoyed the evening. so I thought it would be nice to make an exception this time and release the live recording. It's far from perfect and unfortunately, there are some background noises to be heard from time to time, but they should not disturb the listening experience.

Pour ce 49ème podcast et dernier de l’année 2022, on est super heureux de recevoir un cousin auvergnat au blaze aussi long qu’extravagant : Samy El Moudni aka Zobmachine.

Fondateur du célèbre Château Perché et membre du crew Perchépolis, Samy commence à tâter les platines début 2017. Après avoir commencé à mixer exclusivement de l'ambient, du néoclassique et des sonorités très expérimentales, il a ajouté du downtempo, de la tech house et un spectre plus large de techno pour affiner son style et proposer aujourd'hui des sets oscillant entre tous ces genres.

Originaire de Clermont-Ferrand (vous l’aurez compris), le boug a aussi vécu 6 petits mois à Lyon mais c’est pour Berlin (et une berlinoise) qu’il a un véritable coup de foudre. Ce séjour chez nos voisins allemands lui donne envie d’importer cette énergie et cet art de vivre chez lui, dans le Puy-de-Dôme. Une mission qui semble plus qu'accomplie quand il nous raconte ses gigs dans une chapelle ou encore devant un public all naked pendant Havre de Perche.

Inspiré par des artistes comme Sarah Davachi, Isorinne, Vito Lucente, Raph Heidel, Felicia Atkinson et des labels comme Klockworks, AXIS ou encore Stroboscopic Artefacts, on vous laisse 1h avec l’artiste pour groover tah le Panorama Bar ! Bon appétit l’équipe 🌯
