Bienvenue dans Pardon My French Toast, un album de jazz house gastronomique, aussi élégant qu’irrécupérable.

Ici, chaque morceau est une assiette trop bien dressée : un clin d’œil sucré-salé au luxe parisien, au groove nappé de crème, et à l’absurde délicatement assumé.

Des titres comme Gold & Scrambled Eggs, Gloss & Ganache, No Champagne No Gain, 
Truffe Me Tender, composent un menu musical haute-couture, où la basse fond comme du beurre Bordier, les claviers pétillent comme du champagne millésimé, et le kick est servi al dente. Mais aussi des basses comme des tartines grillées, des accords crémeux, et un BPM qui sent la truffe.

Le tout préparé maison par djquentinbeats, chef de platines, sommelier du kick...

À déguster en peignoir de palace ou en costume trois-pièces, avec une coupe de champagne dans chaque main et un toast émotionnel à portée d’oreille.
