"When writing music, it's first and foremost something done out of a desire to create. Whether the intention is to share that art with the world or not , doesn't matter in those initial moments. It's more about capturing an emotional headspace and transporting oneself to a magical plane of reality. And if you can bottle that lightning and show it to an audience, then so be it.

After years of creating art , it tends to pile up. With nowhere for it to go it becomes overlooked and eventually forgotten. But every once in a while it's worth taking a second glance, to see if there's anything worth saving. Sometimes it's rewarding. 

This collection of tunes represent different snapshots in time. With a range of styles, influences and emotions each one has a direct correlation to a point in life. This was more personal and more of a cathartic experience as opposed to being made by a desire to be heard.  

Upgraded, retrofitted and improved for a final release, these almost forgotten tunes will finally see the light of day. Intended originally to be an LP, it was decided to split the release into two parts to give more focus on each of the tracks as well as showcasing the different styles of music on each release. That, and people have the shortest attention spans these days…"
