We are very excited to present Connor Wall's track "Inedible Mono" upcoming on Selfness' vinyl EP release due out on the 23rd of September.

Naarm/Melbourne based DJ/Producer Connor Wall is set to deepen his already impressive discography through the release of ‘Inedible Mono’ through Mulubinba/Newcastle based label, Selfness. The track, which features on the 4-track VA compilation ‘Bosman’, continues to showcase the label’s excitement for the Australian scene, and takes influences from late 90s, early 00s relentless grooves, intense laying, and appreciation for looped development whilst incorporating hypnotic pads and fast-paced percussive elements. 

The release was curated with the human rights injustices and ethical issues surrounding the 2022 Qatar World Cup in mind, and as such, a % of the profits of the digital sales will be donated to Mirgant-Rights.org who work for the advocacy of migrant workers, including those in the Middle East.

A techno tool is a track stripped down to its core, making it a simplified version of the track. This allows the DJ to give and build their own interpretation of these tracks. French-based DJ and producer Vekh makes his debut on the Liquid One series from Schimmer Records. His release Tundra focuses mainly on hypnotic, abstract and groovy techno, but comes with an oldschool-influenced breakbeat. Schimmer resident Franz Jäger contributed to the release with his own interpretation of „Nikol“ and a fast-paced classic Franz Jäger remix.
