Phaxas is an electronic music producer, remixer, and DJ with a passionate involvement in audio engineering and sound design. With influences from post-techno, house, and bass music, she creates a fresh breed of rhythmically-complex electronica. Phaxas’ music and mixes are a fusion of these influences combined with strains of classic 90’s dance genres and syncopations laden with a binaural warmth and deep basslines akin to Miami bass, electro, and freestyle music. Her layered skillsets as an audio engineer, sound installation artist, and experience as a nationally touring performer make for a sonically creative and visually hyped atmosphere.

Born and raised in Miami, FL,  she creates from a need to express concepts through bass, rhythm, and electronics. A vinyl aficionado, late night music junkie, and passionate sound purveyor, she sprinkles mystery bits of classic dance culture and creative jazzy soundscapes in all her productions and live sets.  This along with a signature infectious smile are the sum of her parts that keep you coming back for another listen.
