"Lately" is one of the first tracks I ever recorded. I was getting off at Walmart working 2-11, in the yo til 4/5. Lately came together at this low point that I feel like we all reach some time or another, girl wasn't doing right, day 1 folded. Times I just had to face one & remember what and who it is that I do it for. That's what Lately means to me, that's why I dropped it on my oldest baby brother's 16th bday, he's a constant reminder of everything I want in life and why ima get it!
