Franklin works for the government and was always a loyal person. Until one day a hood arrives per post. It was certainly not a good idea to put it on. The teeps read everybody's thoughts and hiding them will be officially a crime, if Franklin cannot stop the new law to be billed soon with Cutter's help.

Ordinary Telepathy

I go to sleep and melodies start to spin around in my mind when I close my eyes. Quiet, loosely coupled tones, almost shy at first. Then they connect to each other and become a landscape of colors and light. They follow me on my way to a world of dreams. Since my first contact to the Soundcloud this world has become richer. So I'd like to dedicate this piece to the people here on this platform. They inspired me and some also encouraged and support me with their sweet words or a critical opinion.

It Was Just The Wind

Music for the short story "Progeny" by Philip K. Dick

The idea for this theme was born after listening to the great work of a musician with the name Carles Torrent Ramirez. It was a couple of seconds in there, chords seeking a new life. And here they are, now accompanying poor Ed Doyle, who returns after a long time from Proxima Centauri to Earth, looking forward to hold his newborn son in the hands. His adventure until he can get to meet his son however has just begun.

New Blood

Music for the sci-fi short story „Beyond Lies the Wub“ by Philip K. Dick

The cargo ship of Captain Franco loads up food animals from Mars, between them the unfortunate wub, bought for fifty cents from the natives. It seems to be something like a huge pig. But before it reaches the menu, it demonstrates an astonishing ability. It can communicate with the crew through telepathy, it is indeed an intelligent creature. And the Wub can do obviously far more than simple telepathy in order to survive.

A theme for the sci-fi short story „A Surface Raid“ by Philip K. Dick

Harl Boynton is preparing for a raid to the surface together with his father. It’s a secret mission, a team of about 60 man are going to hunt Saps. Earth is now almost fully covered by slag and ash. Their mothership leaves the underground and lands near the Alps, somewhere near today’s Denmark or Germany. But Harl has a bold plan. He dares to enter alone a village of the Homo Sapiens and discovers a form of life that shocks him. He is fascinated by the apparently primitive human creatures he observes. Then a fatal mistake follows.

Endless Earth

Music for the short story "Halibut, Herring and You" by Carla Billinghurst

It's summer and penguin Milton is standing outside of a shopping mall, selling his pictures, mainly Antarctic landscapes. Girlfriend Fifi and Milton are going to have a baby. They meet in the local Norwegian restaurant and enjoy their herring at a table far from other guests. 

They have built their own personal kingdom, an imaginary icy bubble protecting them from the rest of the world at this very moment. They are fully absorbed in their penguinic discussion. The music plays through the speakers, Milton is super excited, fascinated by his fabulous  girlfriend and asks her to dance with him. The penguins' dance is an own romantic fantasy emerging from the comicotragic story of australian writer Carla Billinghurst, whom I wish to thank for trusting me her short story to write the music for.

Dance For The Summer

Music for the sci-fi short story "The Infinites" by Philip K. Dick

Captain Eller and his crew, Blake anb Silvia, are on a mission in deep space with their ship, scouting asteroids suitable for mining. The last asteroid they discover and land on seems to be simply perfect, yet it harbors no life. They send out hamsters to measure radiation levels. It doesn't last long until they leave the asteroid in panic, and a little bit later find out, what has really happened to them.

A Million Years

Some time ago we started a collaboration with the very talented musician Gary Robertson. Gary helped to give shape to this with his excellent taste.

A piece dedicated to all children refugees in this world, to their parents and helpers, all people who fight to protect them and cry for the souls of children suffering. This is also a tribute to all brave people in western countries who speak up for the rights of refugees in the name of justice and humanity.

Respect to Hubertus Koch, a young courageous man documenting the life of Syrian refugees near the turkish borders, whose work inspired this track. You're a great man Hubertus.
